10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed at over 20 different hotels in Siquijor as I travel there often. I prefer Zosimo's by far. Spectacularly clean, very strong AC, comfortable mattress, nice linens, no interruption battery backup in case of blackout(happens often in Siquijor), friendly service, and good location in Lazi near the convent, Cambugahay Falls, and a good western restaurant nearby(Twenty Four is the name). I've stayed here at least 10 times and the value is fantastic.
Cons: Everything is great at Zosimo's. I can't think of any negatives at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is awesome. So close to all the tourist attractions, two blocks away from the market and you can meet many locals. The room was super comfortable, AC worked so good, all the rooms has balcony, TV with english channels, YouTube and Netflix. If I come back to Siquijor I'll definitely would like to stay at zosimos. Thanks for such a good time!!
Cons: Wifi can get better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, nice location just off the main Street with some good food options. We rented some bikes from the establishment and they were well taken care of and affordable.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: good location to visit the Island ,Very good Moped to rent available at a competitive price
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it’s just like a king suite..amazing value for luxurious stay
Cons: everything was fine
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, fresh towels everyday, clean room, smart TV and Air-Con. I would definitely recommend. They helped us organise an island tour for the next day and saved us loads of money by not going through a travel agent.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We got a free upgrade to the suite and it was amazing. Lazi probably isn't the best place we stayed location wise but the hotel rent exceptionally good scooters at a very good price (350p when we were there) so it's easy to access the whole island. If you find your self staying here I also highly recommend eating at twenty four on the main Street.
Cons: Nothing really, it's a very nice little hotel.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: No hot water in the shower (not mentioned in the description). Ended up covered in bites from bed bugs and other insects hidden within the cracks in the room. Was up till the early hours squashing the bugs and spraying the whole room with repellant just to keep them from feasting on us, no sleep at all. Tried telling the people worked there what it was like when we was checking out and they didn’t seem to care so much. Would not recommend.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: - All the staff there are very accommodating. They would always make sure to attend to our needs. They are very nice and courteous. - The food is 100% delicious, I would even recommend you their pork chop with potato, sweet and sour and the eggplant with (rice) or bread. - When we arrived in the place they prepared our room instantly, tidy and with good scent. - The place is quite and relaxing. - I'm gonna rate it 9/10, maybe 10/10 as soon as they would be able to finish all their renovations. Hope to stay there again soon.
Cons: - It might not be that negative considering that there were still ongoing renovations on the road and an on going repairs at the place it self, however, I would just like to suggest to add more lights during the night especially when tourists arrives late from exploring other places in the island. Also, on the way going to place, it's quite difficult to pass by on rocky roads. - We do have a concern regards the presence of ants inside the room and in the bathroom, we made sure to keep our foods off but we noticed that there was a packs of ants near the bathroom door of room 2, trailing along our bed. Ant bites are quite discomforting.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Peaceful Place. Very Relaxing. Good Room
Cons: There was a free Wifi but The Wifi Password was changed after a couple of he's and there is no signal. Place is a little bit confusing since the road has an on going construction.
7.9 Good
Pros: The best was the lovely small private beach where we could swim completely on our own. Food was also very good and the family that runs the accommodation was lovely.
Cons: It was a bit far from the main attractions of the island but it is nice to explore the island on a motorbike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: - friendly staff - good and quite cheap food - big rooms with mosquito nets on every window - 20 meters from the private little beach - Sea view - Quiet and lovely place where we decided to spend 5 nights !
Cons: - No breakfast included BUT you can find everything in the small restaurant
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were absolutely great, setting of the place was amazing, calm, quiet and beautiful. Room was very basic but clean and comfortable, although a little warm with just the fan. Food was also good and not badly in priced. About 20 minutes from larena Port which is convenient. Family rent motorbike for 350 a day which is very useful. The place does need a little TLC to be improved, it is basic, but has a charm and good to relax and get away from it all. Small Private beach with sun loungers is a bonus. Wifi was good.
Cons: Unfortunately the smell and facilities of the bathroom were poor, water pressure, very basic etc. The electricity vaultage was low, not a problem but not ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great peaceful and beautiful accommodation! Brilliant staff that will help with anything. Great food - try the spring rolls! Would hundred percent stay again. Brilliant view from beach for the sunset.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms with strong fan; quiet and peaceful area; good location on northwestern tip of the island where there are less people and more trees, wonderful staff and owners — they were helpful and friendly; the food was okay — we ate at the property several times and were very satisfied; we loved the pineapple juice and mango shake; great WiFi; overall good value
Cons: Broken toilet seat make sitting uncomfortable
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It's beautiful, it's secluded and peaceful. Very relaxing stay.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly people and a nice place to stay (in our case for six nights). We thought it would be sort of abandoned (in the middle of nowhere), but it’s actually in the small village Lazi. Great restaurant at 50 meter, some shops and bakeries at 20 meters and a public market at 100 meter for some cheap fruit. We stayed in one of the private rooms with balcony, which we really liked. Clean and comfortable! Also Lazi is a good base for exploring different parts of Siquijor and playing pool with the locals was very fun. It’s so close you can sometimes hear the sound from your room! They’re pretty good though, so bring your A game. Also there are some fish and a few dogs (Siqui and Jor) who are not so active, but always available for petting. There’s free drinking water, options for tours and for renting a scooter.
Cons: The two scooters we rented via the guesthouse weren’t in very good shape. We almost crashed because we got a flat tire while the road was flat and in good shape. We had to rent another scooter and the next day we got a replacement scooter. At first it was some trouble for us since we had to contact the scooter rent ourselves while it was the responsibility of the guesthouse since we rented the scooter via them. At the end we didn’t have to pay for that day and also not for repairs which we thought was fair, so the problem was well solved in the end. Check your scooter well and be safe!
7.9 Good
Pros: Everyone was so kind and very helpful. All very clean and comfortable bed. You can rent a scooter there. Lazi is not a touristy place but the hotel is very centric and you have sooo many places to visit nearby
Cons: Room was super small and no direct light and the breakfast is a bit disappointing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located off the main tourist strip just the way we like it.. We had a scooter so this was no problem. Felt like we were part of the family. Girls were lovely :) Great fish kept in kind conditions
6.7 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing rooms at such an affordable price. I'm very surprised they have ceiling fan and a centralized aircon in the bedroom plus the beddings were comfortable my cousin and i had a good night sleep during our stay! The owners were friendly and accomodating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, close to everything.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing negative to say.. all positive.
7.9 Good
Pros: - room with bathroom - air conditioner
Cons: - weak WiFi - thin wall
7.9 Good
Pros: Everything else was good

Xylla Guesthouse - Lazi - Building
8.3 Excellent (146 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was very considerate about our late arrival, even when we had to change our booking because we couldn't get there on the date (the ferry was sold out). The whole staff very communicative and friendly
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really lovely staff. If you rent bikes then it’s great to get about and it’s really cheap to rent from Xylla’s. 250 pesos per bike. Also very clean. Rooms were lovely. Cute puppy
Cons: Food is okay but not amazing. If you don’t rent bikes then it’s almost impossible to get around. Quite far from the ferry port.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how the owner treat and make the customers feel comfortable most especially in my case that I travelled solo. The staffs were quite excellent in dealing with me. The food is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Xylla. Great quality for the price. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and confortable. We had access to free water and a fridge. The staff were amazing, giving us jackfruit from the garden on several occasions. The garden is also lovely and to top it all internet worked well during our stay. The location is excellent, not far from San Juan but away from the noise. Lazi is a nice town, with a market and restaurants.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was comfortable with a/c and private bathroom
Cons: Could be cleaner

4.2 Okay
Pros: Sweet and hospitable owners and very quiet place to stay.
Cons: Very dated resort and not luxurious. Also far from everything else on the island. Don't expect modern standards in the room
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Wifi is too limited. Dead spot for phones.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Spacious room and lots of pillows
Cons: Very far from the highway. Expensive room rate without breakfast. They also charge for room service. Bed has ants and the resort is not well maintained. Our room was a bit creepy.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff great especially Regine from the moment of checking in to when we checked out tried to help on every way possible.
Cons: The property is located far from amenities and restaurants. The pool didn’t look clean and the room were very dirty. We had planned to stay for 4 nights but the resort owners accepted us to stay one night and cancel the following three without charge.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the room was huge with 2 floors and three bedrooms. no fast internet on entire island and no tv in rooms here, but the a/c, porch and close ocean marble floors and the great restaurant and brewed coffee is awesome. The pool is where you swim as rockey beach with upper stretch of sand to make the hiking easy and fantastic. It is a ways off the highway so car or motorbike better. This was fun as well as for white sand tobi's. we did both for different reasons. You will absolutely love the rooms and view.
Cons: tv in rooms would round out the resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You can access the pool anytime. The staff and the Owner they are really nice. Great breakfast. The room is spacious for 5 person and its totally beach front. We travel to distress and absolutely best hotel to unwind.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location! Look, if you're coming to Siquijor, you gotta know it's history on mysticism and natural wonders and this place is great for unplugging and resetting yourself (and your family!). While the lack of wifi or TVs was a little inconvenient, there's nothing quite like walking out the front door and seeing endless water in front of you. Also! The kindness and consideration of the staff is only matched by the sweetness of the owners, who make an effort to check up on you and make sure you're enjoying your stay. They can also arrange pier pickup/dropoff and tours for you too! It's the perfect place to come if you don't want to be surrounded by hordes of tourists and want to relax after a day of island-hopping or sightseeing.
Cons: Wifi was very spotty, but to be expected in such a remote area, which was very off-off-road. The bathroom was clean but the water must've been treated/filtered sea water perhaps? Nothing alarming; just a little off if you don't anticipate it.
