Food is ok Food and worker is ok
The room is spacious for the price that we paid. the staffs are polite & accommodating. The place is old but I think they are doing some renovations, so that's fine. there were ni wi-fi and network signal. Phones are not working you have to text them for any service request which the staffs are able to provide as quickly as they can.
Location, Location, Location! Its very convenient right next to Victory Liner Bus. We've stayed here about 5 times in the past year. The rooms are decent. Clean & hot showers. For a 2 star hotel this meets it. Staff are very helpful. We feel safe here Wifi is not accessible in all rooms and the rooms nearest to the lobby will get it.
I liked the room and the way it was organized. I liked how it was set up for longer stays. The bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable. Lots of storage, a safe for valuables, smoking options. I especially liked how helpful everyone was. I was able to walk to an atm, a grocery store, and mini stop is just downstairs. Lots of taxis and the guard stops them for you. A jeep will take you straight there on that street. Very clean. Had a window, great price for an exec suite. There were some ants in the room that got to my candy. But maybe that was from my backpack because we traveled to Manaoag. Furniture was a lil dated. It was noisy probably due to that room's location but I was still able to sleep. No elevator so bags had to be carried but they do it for you. Phone calls had to be transferred by the front desk but they were free.
Nice clean newer hotel! Like most hotels in Manila Area , they are starting to charge a premium like they are New York or Paris ect! It's still the Philippines but poeple are coming and paying these prices so I really can't blame them! I just don't see it, coming here the last 15yrs! the traffic is impossible, so plan on walking!
The hallways are marble encrusted and the staff is of course very helpful. The breakfast was very good and you get free room service for breakfast. The location is very good as its easy to go where ever you want to in Manila. A great hotel for a single guy or possible non-conservative couple coming to Manila. They add a 10% room service charge for the non breakfast food but there's no option to get it yourself. Also I had an incident where I ordered a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was gross and didn't look like the picture. I had to fight with my partner for them not to charge me for it. The area is shady. Even though its a good area for access to transport the area is known for prostitution and this hotel supports it by charging hourly rates.
good location; good facilities and internet small room; no closet for clothes
It's cheap. It's clean. The internet worked during this visit. The rooms have safes in them. They are flexible on things such as check out times. The staff is pleasant and will try to help you. Remember, it's cheap. These are very small rooms. There is no place to open up the luggage without laying it on the bed. There was a faint smell of bleach in the room. The A/C kept the room cool but the air always seemed kind of stuffy. The window could not be opened. It is back off the main roads so bring a detailed map as the taxi driver may not know where it is. Red Planet is now what last year was Tune hotel. They have a number of locations, hence, the map can come in very handy. My taxi driver swore the map was incorrect up until the time we arrived, right where the map said it was. The surrounding area is populated by many beggars so if you go out for a walk be ready for that. It is not in an affluent area of Makati.
Great staff! and great Location!
Price and service Food
Close to airport, staff were friendly but one day, i wanted to have our room serviced but I came back before the housekeeper get to our room and the tip was gone. The guests by our room was very noisy. I don't mind if it's before 12am but they were partying until 3 to probably 4 in the morning. I couldn't get a good night rest.
breakafast buffet was superb. rooms are too old. need to renovate.
nothing Hotel room is dirty - bedclothes are dirty and have holes... Bathroom is not cleaned properly ( wall full of dirty stains, ceiling has mildew, towel handler has never been cleaned, bathtop is rusty etc...), 15 years old iron without water etc... i had dinner in their "Rotisserie" restaurant - same problem of cleanliness ( table cloth with stains : sauce? wine? ). I needed to wait 10 minutes to get my tea during breakfast. Internet very slow. this hotel is overpriced and shouldn't be referenced by booking.com ; so far, a very bad experience in this hotel. it doesn't worth the price ( it looks cheap but it's overpriced regarding service and cleanliness.. ). Even some 2 stars hotels are cleaner. if booking.com interested, i kept pictures.
excellent location, friendly staff and great restaurant rooms are old fashioned and need to be renovated.swimming pool very small for a 5star hotel, better to call it a 4 star place
Location It needs remodeling and it need cleaner carpets
I definitely would recommend this hotel if you have transaction near in this area. The room is spacious. The bathroom is wide enough if you're with your family and closed to restuarant too. In our vacant time just a walking distant to Rizal Park.
Friendly service. Large rooms.
The bed was comfortable. At least there was bottled water to drink. Location is good, very close to everything. No towels in the bathroom. I was glad I brought towels with me. The prize of this hotel is too much for what I paid. The room was very small.
Nothing The hotel is old, staff no professional. Not recommended
Great staff. Very helpful. Thank you! N/A
Good location , close to nightlife and not too far from shopping malls In need of renovation, could really do with spending money on it,
It was clean and the staff was very helpful at every turn. No, we got what we expected.
Close to robinsons mall just accross from hotel and friendly staff. Food isbgreat and reasonable. Noisy aircon beddings need more pillows that are new or need to change old ones
