Cons (-) Dumpster guy comes at 5 am to pick up the McDonalds trash. West side of building is noisest. Cleaning crew is noisy in morning. Nice people, communication was loud at times. Breakfast is not good.

Shawnee National Forest and Rend Lake are just a 45 minute drive from the Marion Super 8. Enjoy shopping at the Illinois Center Mall, the University Mall or southern Illinois largest Wal-Mart. We offer free high speed Internet, free light breakfast item together with your choice of coffee, tea and juice and free local calls. Our rooms feature 25 inch TVs with extended cable and free HBO, micro fridges, hairdryers, in-room safes and alarm clock radios. At the Marion Super 8 we pride ourselves on our immaculate rooms and friendly service. Pets Allowed with permission. Pet fee of 10.00 dollars per pet per day, the limit is 20lbs
