Pros: The location was great, the staff, diner around the fire and of course, feeding the bush babies!!
Pros: This is a gem in the middle of Swaziland. The gardens are magnificent. The facilities are luxurious and well maintained. The staff are brilliant.
Pros: Peaceful and friendly
Cons: All was fine
Pros: The place is quiet, cozy and has a beautiful view. Surrounded by nature. Rooms have bathtubs and bath skirts. The bath towels were large and comfortable.
Cons: Too expensive for the experience provided. The dinner was ok, not amazing (we asked for one more piece of bread and they only made 1 for person). However, we arrived 30 minutes before closing breakfast and there was no one to serve us bread and eggs. There was no water available too. Rustic does not have to mean uncomfortable. The bed was old and very noisy. The mattress used and needing to be replaced. No drinking water we had available in the room. We had to buy at the bar. The room that we stay, was small and no view. At the end, we paid 200 USD for one normal night. for that money, they should find a way to make the stay special ... it was super normal
Pros: The setting, decor, staff, breakfast and dinner settings are excellent. The food was ok. The staff was wonderful and helpful in booking activities in the park. The gardens and hiing the trails around the property are beautiful, as the scenery.
Cons: Accessing the property is a bit rough but doable with a sedan. It is 20 to 30 minutes paved rough road drive from the activity center of the park. The toliet flush was not working very well.
Pros: The house is old fashioned old colonial- it is a bit like staying with an elderly aunt in a Scottish stone house with verandas. The location in the park is beautiful, the garden is nice, the verandah is a good place to sit and look at the view, dinner on small tables round the fire was good, the serving staff were nearly all friendly and the food on offer was varied and good, the other guests were interesting
Cons: A very bad first impression-very unwelcoming- the receptionist could not find our booking for some time - which is annoying having driven along a very bumpy track through the park to get there- they did not offer us water or anything while we were waiting for her to find it. She couldn’t find our booking because she was looking at the wrong day, and did not apologise when she eventually found it. Our room was much smaller than it looked in the photos and it was chilly - there was a radiator there but it had not been out on, and the fire in the sitting room between us and the other room, was laid but not lit. . When we wandered back to the main house, the staff seemed to be more interested in watching TV than looking after guests. We managed to get a drink from the empty bar - which looks like a large cupboard area- by going to find staff in the kitchen. The receptionist was also working in the kitchen and had been preparing food - and I saw her licking her fingers as she came out - not good. Everything seemed to be an effort for this grumpy receptionist/cook who did everything we asked - but very grudgingly and with bad grace and sighing.
Pros: We had a pleasant two nights at Rilley's Rock. The location is beautiful beyond belief and the animals very special. Sadly, I don't think overseas visitors realise how special it is to see Blue Duiker, Suni and Oribi so easily, and, for the most part, snacking off the lawns at the main house!! So much wonderful history too. The STAFF were the very best, darling Ruth and Lizzie looked after us very, very well. They shone!!
Cons: I feel bad giving any negatives, but the beds were too hard and too uncomfortable for our old bones. We were given the Cottage, as I'd requested a "bigger" than double bed, so it was not as luxurious as the rooms in the main house. Memory Foam Toppers will do the trick.
Pros: Fabulous atmosphere! In the heart of a wonderful wildlife sanctuary.
Cons: The wifi is either extremely slow or does not work at all.
Pros: The location is truly fantastic. For those who enjoy wildlife/nature, this place is ideal. Fantastic views across the Ezulwini Valley, and the best bird table I have ever seen. Waking up to a klipspringer stood on the bird table just outside our room was fantastic. Try and get the Wallis room. I watched sunbirds bathe in water running over the rocks immediately outside the bathroom window (see the photo). A member of staff will knock on your door, and invite you to see the bushbaby just before dinner is served at around 1900. A tip - read the interesting history of the Lodge and Mlilwane, which is available for guests to read in the rooms, and try and secure the Wallis room - if you like birdwatching!
Cons: Please provide filter coffee, rather than instant on the table that has beverages available for guests throughout the day. It would be nice if check out time was 1100 rather than 1000, as there is so much to explore in the grounds.
Pros: Very friendly hosts, great classic setting, great location.
Cons: The dinner setting (sitting outside in a semi circle; you can only talk to the people sitting next to you. I’d prefer either an own table or a shared table). The comfort of the bed was a bit less then expected. It is a bit small for two persons and I think too old as there was a dip in the middle.

Pros: A beautiful house in a beautiful location. However, there may be some maintenance to the building and interior. It was all a bit messy in the house. Breakfast acceptable. The gravel road was a beautiful drive up. It requires concentration, but our Toyota Corolla did not have many problems with it. If one makes the interior of the house as beautiful as the exterior, this is worth a good 10!
Cons: this place has everything to give a wonderful experience, but there is some maintenance behind. The furniture is old and not complete and the bathroom is also somewhat outdated.
Pros: In addition to the warm welcome by the staff, it was mainly the nature and the rest that left us the best impression. We really enjoyed this stay. Thanks !!
Pros: I appreciated communication from the place before checking in. And the staff was helpful when we asked for assistance
Cons: The room was not prepared for us as we found it dusty with black particles on the bed. For the duration of our stay the room was not cleaned, towels never changed. In the kitchen there was not soap or dishcloth. They did not help clean our kitchen.
Pros: The food and picturesque views and fresh air.
Cons: The cottage was a bit stuffy. Needs constant cleaning to keep it fresh
Pros: The mountain view.
Pros: Awesome view, beautiful setting, extremely friendly crew, great hiking trails, ... everything!
Cons: Nothing, maybe the access is a bit tricky, but worth the trip!
Pros: After a slow drive over rough roads, for which one needs a high clearance and ideally 4-wheel drive, we arrived at an mountainside oasis. A birder’s paradise.
Pros: This is like a little paradise! The road towards the accommodation is bad but worth it! The manager Mike and the owner Rose are so friendly and helpfull. The place is clean, nice and the food is amazing!! Try the homemade carrotcake from Rose!! The best in the world
Pros: The setting high in the hills of Swaziland, with a magnificent view.
Cons: Pretty expensive (169EUR) for sleeping 6. Properties and sleeping accommodation could use some maintenance.

Pros: I liked almost everything. The staff was friendly, they even took care of our laundry. It was home away from home.
Pros: Welcome and security were great
Pros: The location was very central for me. The lady in reception went the extra mile for me, helping with directions as the Gps did not pick up the street names and suburbs! Secure parking and security the whole night.
Cons: there is no cupboards to hang your clothes! i found it strange. The shower curtain doesn't cover the whole shower area.
Pros: Great staff, clean, beautiful gardens and good security.
Cons: Parking space is a challenge and not easy to find.
Pros: The staff was very friendly - so friendly that they washed my car :), they had freshly prepared breakfast and the rooms where clean.
Cons: The rooms where a bit small and the location is not the best
Pros: The environment and the neatness of the place
Pros: it was easy to find the place. it safe and secure with security. the staff was friendly and accommodative, the rooms are clean. the area itself has enough privacy to the guests. it is worth visiting again.
Cons: parking area has no shelter, therefore the cars are parked out in the sun, or any harsh weather. the bathroom was too small, no room to move around.
Pros: Size of rooms. Cleanliness. A BnB but I was allowed kitchen, freely, as it I was in a self catering.
Cons: The bathroom is very small
Pros: All other things I was happy with.
Cons: I think the television thing needs to be improved. The channels we want to see are not possible to see.

Pros: The accommodation was top class. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was hospitable and accommodating.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit of a let down. We were served a beef sausage that was not well cooked. We sent it back. We were not given butter for the toast.
Pros: Great bed. Clean linen and room.
Cons: The bathroom had a bath tub and no shower. I would've preferred a shower.
Pros: Simple convenience things offered in rooms. Late checkout Hospitality
Cons: Parking a bit tight
Pros: Quality of the facility
Cons: Everything put at my dislosal was great. Just have to keep it up.
Pros: The great service and warm and friendly staff. The food was great, rooms were clean and well kept.
Cons: None. Had a great stay.
Pros: A very nice and comfortable place one of the best I have stayed at, will stay again if the late night noise is toned down.
Cons: Friday and Saturday night until 02h30 in morning loud music and dj shouting from close by a nightclub or something could not sleep. Worms in All bran flakes Saturday morning, but they were fresh Sunday morning.
Pros: All round, great experience. Awesome service. Great accommodation, comfortable, safe... I'd recommend it.
Pros: Quiet. Balcony’s with upper rooms. Restaurant service as good. Staff were polite.
Cons: No family room, had to stay in 2 disconnected rooms and go back and forth. Bathroom in luxury room did not drain.
Pros: The room was okay
Cons: Pool so close to the eating area. Breakfast was very poor
Cons: The staff is so slow. Needs to be customer centric
Pros: The room and the breakfast were excellent.
Cons: A bit far from downtown. Staff was nice but could not always answer my questions.
A stay at The George Hotel places you in the heart of Manzini, a 2-minute drive from Manzini Market and 15 minutes from Ezulwini Valley. Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge) and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Beautiful pool area. Clean rooms.
Cons: There seemed to be a problem with hot water. The maiintenance guys sorted it out in no time.
Pros: exellent food and very friendly staff
Pros: Beds where realy comfortable and the couch was a nice extra. Shower water was nice warm. Staff was friendly At first there were no towels in the room, after I romp the reception the were delivered on the room quickly.
Cons: Bathroom was old, I don't like showering in the tub. Prefer a separate shower. Also the showerhead was very low, had to bend my head in a weird way to wash my hair. Doors are not hotel doors, you should not forget to lock it yourself after you leave the room. Room was noisy, we slept next to the parking area and near the pool/bar area.. you could hear people coming and going. For the price I paid fir this room I expected more.
Pros: The setup regarding entertainment, the swimming pool, bar and staff treatment to guests
Cons: No fridge in the rooms. The cleaning staff is discriminating from utensils that are brought by guests and they only wash those provided by the hotel while knowing that there’s no kitchen in the room to wash your own dishes and utensils and guests are forced to wash their own in the bathroom
Pros: The breakfast was awesome and the pool was inviting. We arrived in the early hours of the morning but they were able to assist us with accommodation.
Cons: The walls are paper thin and people are loud, playing music and shouting in the hallways which made it uncomfortable as this would happen in the morning while we were sleeping. The carpet by the reception smelled foul, not a pleasant at all. Its a bit overpriced though...for the amount we paid the hotel could pay more attention to detail and the comfort of their guests.
Pros: The pool area was nice
Cons: No bathtub in the room. The bathrooms are extremely small. Noise levels
Pros: Great experience in general, the people are amazing
Pros: Breakfast staff very unattentive. Food selection ok.
Cons: They did not have our reservation. Put us in a room in the back that was ready. It was a family room. No couch as advertised on our reservation. We always appreciate a place to sit besides the chair in room. Very noisy with construction going on
Pros: Pancakes is always a bonus! And sirup to go with them. Has a gym and a nice pool area. Has most of what you could expect of a business hotel I guess.
Cons: Disappointing. Room was awful, gloomy and boring in the extreme. Most things here work, but are nothing more than working. It is boring. Especially breakfast was really disappointing, maybe not so much - or not just - for what was on offer but for the non-existent order and cleanliness and for the chaos of the breakfast room. Dirty plates and leftovers stood for ages, had to clean myself every morning in order to find a place to sit and eat. Really surprising as they say they are the best hotel in the country - well, I moved out to something much cheaper and nicer.

Pros: Bed was not that comfortable , air-conditioning was not working properly could switched on warm fan cause it was cold
Cons: Security! especially at the gate...at least you should get automatic gates. It's not safe to wait for a gate man to open for you. Especially at night
Pros: location fine
Cons: staff kept disappearing reception area is always empty
Pros: The stuff were very friendly the rooms very clean and linen only had problem with bathroom light otherwise 10/10 we were satisfied
Pros: The venue were unable to provide breakfast on the first morning of my stay due to logistical reasons, and so I cancelled the breafasts for the remaining two days; opted to make my own arrangements. I did not see breakfast being served at all during my stay, and so cannot comment any further.
Cons: The location was not commensurate with the standard of accommodation. Getting there from central Manzini was difficult, on difficult roads.
Pros: COMFORTABLE ROOM WITH FRIDGE
Pros: Bed not comfy at all
Cons: Change the mattresses
Pros: The hosts are at liberty to show you around. They were very helpful. You ought to try the Eswatini braai..excellent meat.
Cons: every thing
Pros: 1. There was both a shower and bath in the room. 2. When we checked out the car was already washed. 3. Good directional boards from the main road to the lodge.
Cons: On booking it was said there is a hair dryer in the room but was not there. Fortunately my wife had brought hers, but unfortunately nately there was no connection point for a round two pin plug. The WIFI did not work during night. In the morning it was working but very weak network.
