Set in Mazzin centre, Soggiorno Dolomiti is in the heart of Val di Fassa. Offering free parking and an Italian restaurant, it also features colourful rooms with a TV. Your room comes with a telephone and work desk, plus a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast is served each morning in the restaurant, which later serves South Tyrol specialities. Dolomiti Soggiorno is just a few metres from the ski bus stop to the Val di Fassa ski area. During summer, the area is ideal for hiking and mountain bike excursions. The hotel provides space for ski and luggage storage. The property is well connected by the A22 motorway and is 45 minutes' drive from Bolzano.
Pros: Private Parking is available at the hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were afraid it would be cold in the room but the temperature was always perfect. At any time you could ask for hot water or tea. Breakfast was standard, quite good. I would come back here again. Perfect price/quality ratio
Cons: It's not really a criticism, but on arrival our passports were taken on copies, we fuss and forget them at the reception. And then we were terrified when we couldn't find them anywhere, they were at the reception all the time. Be vigilant :)
Pros: Facilities, breakfast
Cons: It was noisy, because of other guests, but during the night was ok
Pros: The hotel had a fair localisation - if you have a car - and a free parking. The staff was quite helpful but only at the reception they could speak English. The rest of the staff spoke only Italian, even without knowing basic English, or any other main European languages like German or French, we tried but without success. The room was clean but very small.
Cons: Almost everything else. The internet in our quite small and claustrophobic room was so poor, slow and was disconnecting every second time that it was almost not usable. The breakfast was awful and boring - every day the same food, basically only sweet cakes and jam etc., only some cheese and salami was ok, even the daily omelette was usually cold. For people who hate sweet breakfasts, like us, it was almost not eatable. Only the coffee was ok. The restaurant staff did not understand English. We also decided once to have a all-you-can-eat dinner for 15 EUR - it was not so bad as the breakfast but nothing special, surely not worth this money. The hotel had a ski room but there was no electric heater for the boots, which is a standard elsewhere. It was also a bit difficult to find the hotel as Google shows it on the opposite site of the road (OK, it's not hotel's fault) but there was no flashing neon or anything which could make it easier for you to find the hotel, even if you arrive late. Also the cable TV in the room had exclusively Italian channels, not even news in English or any other language. The table in the room was far too small, the towels not changed during the whole week - but the room was cleaned, and there was even no soap in the bathroom (only shower gel) so we had to buy our own. For sure the hotel was not worth it's money and within the last several years it was by far the worse experience in the Fassa Valley (even worse that some basic appartments we rented). I would never rate it 3 stars, maybe 2 stars maximum if not 1,5. I would never stay there again as a non-Italian. Maybe for them it's ok, but not an international standard. There is no restaurant or even a shop within 2-3 km from the hotel, so if you don't have a car you are in a trouble. But that we knew before.
Pros: We literally used the hotel as a stop off from a long drive, we drove from Lake Garda to Sassolungo, and this was a nice pause in between the two. Provided everything we needed...and more! The breakfast was so much more than i expected, in particular, the sandwich toaster! Awesome, really pleased with the hotel and value for money.
Pros: The place and staff were great.
Pros: Very nice people. Good service, good food. Clean room.
Cons: Chlorine smell. I understand they use chlorine for cleaning but the smell is too much.
Pros: The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating . Will definitely return!
Pros: Good shower. Friendly staff. Crunchy muesli and good coffee selection at breakfast. Nice cycling/walking path behind the hotel along a stream. Free parking.
Cons: Complete absence of wifi at room or in public areas. No AC in room. On opening the window even a bit for fresh cool air, blast of noise from traffic as directly facing the main highway and resulting in disturbed sleep. No kettle or mini-fridge or hairdrier in room. Small room size for the price. Breakfast time was quite chaotic with too many guests. One staff was frantically trying to replenish the items but plates/bowls availability was mutually exclusive with that of food items and took quite a while to get anything. Juices were watered down and tasteless. Coffee was the only saving grace.

This family-run property offers rooms with mountain views, wooden furnishings and a TV. Each comes with a private or shared bathroom, while some also feature a balcony. A sweet and savoury breakfast is served daily and is buffet style. Guests can use the free kitchenette in the breakfast room to prepare meals. Garnì Villa Cecilia is 3.5 km from Canazei and provides free ski storage, free private parking and a garage for bikes and motorbikes.
Pros: Simple, clean and very functional. The host was flexible and let us cook dinner in the kitchen foreseen for breakfast preparation. I liked the breakfast. Not extremely rich, but exactly what you need and the service was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Nothing major. If I were to be picky maybe the towels were borderline used, but given the price per value it's only a marginal concern.
Pros: Basic, was what we needed for a stop over. Easy accessible from main road. Host very helpful and friendly
Cons: The neighbours were very noisy and sat talking until late right by our bedroom window. Forcing us to keep them shut to get some rest. Not practical setup
Pros: Location is very good, near Canazei. Guesthouse is with his own charm, a bit oldfashioned, but at the same time it fits for this region. Environment outside Villa is worth everything and the price for this hotel was very good compared with others. Breakfast was nice!
Cons: Room was without heating and was a bit cool.
Pros: very comfortable for people who wants to ski/snowboard in Val Di Fassa, only 3 min by car, very good breakfast, amazing stuff but mainly it is a good price for the value
Cons: shower head and more electricity outlets better and stronger WIFI is needed
Pros: Clean place to stay. Bus stop nearby.
Pros: The position was very good, in front of the SkiBus and very close to the skiing facilities. It had a room to store skis and boots. Breakfast was ok, you had to ask specifically for sliced meets and cheese but they were delivered.
Cons: The room was extremely small, the TV was very very old and didn't work very well. The room was not very clean, some things were falling apart, there were very few electrical sockets around and the shower was pretty uncomfortable. I couldn't pay with my credit card because it was not working and I had to go withdraw cash at a bank.
Pros: Breakfast basic continental.
Cons: Coffee was luke warm.
Pros: Very friendly,welcomming.great breakfast.
Cons: Room a bit old fashion and small room.
Pros: Breakfast was good - cheese, ham, eggs, fresh bread, also selection of sweet pastry and fruits. We had 2 windows in our room and great views to the snowy mountains from both of them. There are 2 very hot heaters in room, so we could wash and dry clothes. In the basement is a ski storage and warm rack for drying skiboots. Big parking. Overall impression is excellent!
Cons: Only one working power socket in our room. We tried to pay with credit card at the property, but there was no connection, so we need to go to town for cash.

Pros: Great breakfast and clean and nice room
Cons: The communication between me as guest and the hotel was difficult because of the language. Nobody speak English when I was there. but it was out of season
Pros: all good
Pros: Good location, super views.
Cons: The decor was a little dated, but it was comfortable enough.
Pros: The manager of the hotel Fabian great service.
Pros: Everything was OK.
Pros: beautiful place, very nice staff, wonderful view and clean and nice room. we needed a different check-in time and check-out and there was no problem with anything, thank you very much!
Pros: The location is ok. If you want to ski the Sella Ronda, you can drive in 15 min. to Campitello di Fassa or Canazei and take the skilift from there. Canazei is also a cosy place for apres-ski. In Mazzin (where the hotel is) is it almost nothing to do, only a (good) pizzeria Val Udai with very friendly staff. On the opposite of the street is a tourist information.
Cons: The communication between us as guests and the hotel was difficult, because of the language. Nobody speaks English or German, only Italian. The welcome was very unfriendly. They wanted to keep our passports for the rest of our stay. When we refused to do that, the hostess ignored us. An other Italian guest was so friendly to translate. There was no parking space for our car, the bottom of the bed was broken, there was only one towel in the badroom....
Pros: Location, Food, Staff is exellent
Pros: wellness facility, excellent salad bar, good breakfast
Cons: rooms are overheated, need to have a possibility to regulate the temperature
Pros: The breakfast was good and staff nice and helpful.
Cons: My pillow and bed was too hard. They were different than my husbands.
This charming hotel is located in Bolzano. There are a total of 125 accommodation units at Hotel Club Regina E Fassa. No pets are allowed on the premises.
Pros: The staff really try and make your stay enjoyable. The food in the evening was okay. The rooms were clean
Cons: The hotel is set to cater for young families with children and less so for grownups looking for quiet. Beds were old and two out of the three in the room were hopeless-their springs were shot or sprouted awkwardly and gave a lousy sleeping experience. Although we let the hotel know in advance that we are a group of vegetarians, The hotel did not offer any acceptable dining options - almost all the main courses were meat. It seemed that they were challenged to add meat to every dish possible
Pros: Bed&Breakfast concept Pastry in the evenings Mini disco for the kids Delicious kiwis Ability to change the room (bunk bed to separate single beds) Hotel skibus
Cons: Skibuss station is in 5-7 min walk uphill - too hard with skis and boots Hotel skibusses go every hour - too rare in the morning and in the evening - not convenient Breakfast was not various - only scrambled eggs were only sort of hot dish Ski boot dryer - 10eur\pair\week
Pros: pastas for dinner were good, rooms spacy and very clean, helpful personel at ski rental in hotel.
Cons: Service in dinign area-rude, not friendly, grabing you and vilolating you personal space-unacceptable!! Person from reception came to our room at 11 pm!! (imagine that late, when you have 2 sleeping kids) asking for missing ID of one person-why could not they wait till morning??? There is no brifingon hours rules after arrival. Ski bus -too many people to get on it, hotel should make sue they have more ski buses available. Seems the personnel does not like their job. Terrible service!
