Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the area. Many also highlighted the friendly and attentive service from staff, particularly at the front desk and during breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas. Breakfast quality and variety received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast offerings are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
