Cons (-) Dirty run down hotel that advertised newly renovated. It was far from newly renovated. Room was dirty and smelled bad. I won't stay there ever.

Pros (+) As we were there for a funeral the manager really helped by giving us a generous late checkout. There were a bunch of old mattresses next to the parking and misc furniture that ought to be carted off.
