Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and comfortable rooms. Many found the staff friendly and the amenities, such as the pool and gym, satisfactory. However, there were some complaints about cleanliness in certain areas, issues with the pool, and mixed experiences with breakfast and service. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice, especially for its location and comfort, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and some aspects of service.
