The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Apparently my reservation was never confirmed and the hotel didn’t have a room for us. My family was stuck in another state for two days with no hotel. The third party that your company used (Cancelon) is a bogus organization. I wasn’t contacted amd expected that I would have a room at this hotel. The front desk staff assisted me in finding a quality hotel.

2 days in a two where Room smelled like marijuana smoke after cleaning staff was done making the room. Not acceptable. Room was not properly cleaned.

stayed on 1st floor. walls were paper thin and you could hear a pin drop next door. -Up at 2 AM with guests in other rooms talking , slamming doors, and carrying on like it was 10PM. NO security to monitor? We were very close to desk an nobody asked other guests to be a bit quieter.
