Pros (+) Clean rooms, comfortable bed with two types of pillow (I like softer) and nice sheets. Coffee and tea available in the early morning. Good quality amenities. An employee was waiting at Gate 4 of the airport with names of reservation to make sure they got on the shuttle. The staff was friendly as was the chofer. Two bottles of water were in the room as a courtesy.
Cons (-) There were a few spots that had a bit of wear and tear in the hallways.
Pros (+) The first thing that my husband notice was Ricardo, our waiter. He was going from table to table making sure everybody had everything and giving more of him that what was asked of him. The food was good, which to be honest I wasn’t expecting at a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee cups that they have in the hall for the morning “to go coffee” they don’t have a sleeve so the cup fell super hot and they didn’t have Splenda only stevia nor little stir sticks or a lid.
Pros (+) We booked an Executive Double room online in the middle of the night just a few minutes prior to arriving. Professional staff, comfy beds, rooms and premises are clean.
