Pros. Exelente servicio
Cons. I don't like the room telephone I was broken Couple other things
Pros. Its a good price. The beds were too uncomfortable for my family but it was fine for me. I am not picky. Great location within a block of the metro. Chapultapec is walking distance.
Pros. Front door personel were extremely pleasant and ready to help, specially I want to make note of one door person, "Orlando",
Cons. 1- ordered courtesy coffe to room and after 45 minutes had to cancelled since I was leaving, after making note of this incident to front desk, all subsequent requests arrived in a timely manner. 2- Their pillows are 'hard as rock' they are not as soft I we are used to in the US. Some improvement could be made in this respect.
