It’s on a great location.
The fridge was not working.
The staff was great and other than the noise it was a great place. Well located for Zona Rosa nightlife. Close to everything. Safe area.
Its not really the hotels fault, but it is one of the noisiest hotels Ive ever stayed at. The hotel has all of the best soundproofing avail, but next door there is a bar that operates 16 hours a day with very loud bass blaring that literally shakes the building. The noise is constant and runs to 4am several days a week. If they could buy out the lease of the bar next door, it would be great. The soundproofing works to mitigate the other bars.
The location was great for us. The outside noise dies down relatively early for the city. I was there on the weekend and by midnight it was pretty quiet. The Hair salon a couple doors down was nice. The breakfast was good. I Love the fruit, breads, juices, hot cakes . The green juice is delicious! They have Coffee! Not the best (a bit watery) but much needed for myself.. Definitely worth adding Breakfast on to your stay. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel has AC, which many do not in the area. A Pharmacy, restaurants, Circle K, etc are all nearby . There is s an amazing, delicious authentic Mexican restaurant very close! If you have an open mind, appreciate other cultures and do not judge others. You will enjoy it here. I would stay here again.
The room had obvious water damage. It smelled so bad of mildew and mold. I could see the water damage on the baseboards and carpet . The room keys stopped working 2 days of the 4 nights and we had to go to Back down to the front desk to get them fixed. The wifi was constantly going down and the clean water for drinking in the lobby was nearly empty, all but one day. The tv only has one English Channel and that was CNN. Even subtitles were in Spanish. Lol Makes no sense. And The hallways are very dark. I am from Florida and we are very accommodating in the Orlando area. Everywhere you go in Florida has Spanish, as well as other languages, on menus and tv’s. We have many residents that do not speak English and they are able to get around without a problem. I speak a good amount of “Spanish”, but Mexican is different. I understand Spanish from other countries much better. I will learn Mexican eventually. I just need to be exposed more. Luckily my boyfriend is Mexican and lives in CDMX. So he could translate for me. In 5 days I only met 3 people that spoke any English. (One was a homeless man) So try to learn some Mexican/Spanish. At least the important words. (Use google if necessary). I have never been to a hotel that did not have some bilingual employees at the front desk. I think they could be more accommodating in that respect.
Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, helpful and English-speaking. The room was clean and the toiletries products were of good quality.
The rooms on the street side are quite noisy due to the nightlife activities.
The location is nice and close to a lot of facilities! Modern and comfy hotel.
Staff can improve, specially front desk. Rooms need a bit maintenance.
