Pros (+) The hotel was great but when I arrived the ocean front room I requested was not available due to Kayak not sending the payment horrible experience over all hotel it’s beautiful just don’t use another site to book it do it directly from the hotel booking site
Cons (-) If I had gotten the room I booked I got a lower room for the same price and they also held $301 dollars because this site had not sent the money to the hotel but they had charged me months ago great hotel bit horrible experience booking on this site

Pros (+) The hotel is beautifully designed in an excellent location with a friendly staff unusual for Miami hotels
Cons (-) My only issue was a mix up with housekeeping over my check out. Twice I was walked in on in my room by the staff who were not made aware I had extended my stay. This was quite unnerving but the housekeeping manager personally discussed the issue with me to my satisfaction.
