Location is great and so is the pool.
It was two pm and my room still wasn’t clean, the lamp shades have stains on them and the tv has a poor selection.

Location was right on the beach, the 4pm wine social is a nice touch, lots of fancy little touches. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for us so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and beach but I can imagine it would be lovely on a nice day.
A bit pricey but that’s probably all of Miami Beach for you, rooms were nice but power sockets very old and loose when plugging things in. Our room was really noisy and right near an air conditioning unit from a hotel next door.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The pool setup was great and perfect for relaxing, especially on one of the floats! The location was perfect- close to tons of restaurants and right on the ocean and boardwalk.

Terrible experience. Avoid this property at all costs. Completely unhelpful staff with no decision making authority and no desire to work with stranded guests making reasonable requests. As a frequent IHG guest, I had come to expect common courtesy and problem solving from IHG staff members. The Kimpton Surfcomber boasts surely, unhelpful staff unwilling to help. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!
