Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to the beach, and access to local attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained carpets and pools. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating friendly staff while others report unhelpful or rude interactions and problems with deposit refunds. The pool is frequently mentioned as dirty or in need of maintenance. Breakfast is noted as adequate but could benefit from more variety. Cons (-) Pictures online make it look very nice but they are deceiving. Upper pool is very small and you have to pay for a chair. If you want a free chair you have to go around back of elevator and you can’t even see the pool. Lower level pool is beautiful BUT it is totally in the shade all day. The pictures posted are from the main building but they have 2 other buildings, which is where we stayed, which ...
