Claremont Hotel

The hotel is very close to the beach, with free towels and 2 sunbeds included. Furthermore, it is located on Collins Avenue, close to Ocean Drive. The property is the perfect location to everything I wanted to see and visit.

The rooms were small and the bathroom was dirty. The rooms and hotel on the inside are quite dated but it is all ok and clean. The room was super small and some of the plugs didn’t work. The hotel was so dirty and little, it looked nothing like the pics.

The staff was very nice & welcoming. Vanessa was amazing, she treated us with exceptional customer service. Staff was absolutely amazing. Some staff at the desk were friendly and were VERY ACCOMMODATING to our needs!!!!!

The pool was disappointing. The pool area had no umbrellas, and the rooftop pool was not refreshing, very dirty, and had no shade. The pool is on the small side but has an amazing view!

The wings at the restaurant were very good!!! The atmosphere was great and so was the music!! The food at the restaurant was great, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant out front of the hotel was good. The restaurant located at the hotel “Wilde on the porch” was truly amazing! Best food, staff, and music.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

Some guests noted that the hotel can be noisy due to its lively atmosphere and nearby restaurant. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or choose a room away from the restaurant area.
