Cons. Management
Cons. Ac did not cool. Staff did not explain valet parking fees correctly.
Pros. The location was great! It was nice to enjoy South Beach & have some where nice & quiet to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. The red décor was nice, but the room was just ok & small. My only complaints were there wasn't any small wash clothes & the elevator was terrible. Other than that, I would definitely return.
