EDITION comes included with multiple high-class dining options. First, being the Matador Restaurant, which offers hotel guests Latin cuisine, inspired by flavors of South America, the Caribbean, and Spain. The colors are bold in contrast with large portraits of Spanish bullfighters lining the walls. It gives off a 1940’s sophisticated nightclub vibe while remaining well noted for having delicious food- developed by Michelin-starred Chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Other dining options include Market- which is an open and airy mix between a cafe and food hall. It features counters serving everything from pizza and ceviche to wine and pressed juices. It’s a great stop for breakfast, lunch, or anything in between.

Tropical is EDITION’s outdoor “casual dining” restaurant and bar, that offers guests fresh and light menu selections. It serves cocktails and cuisines that match a lush beach setting. This makes it a good choice for guests wanting to dine outside, at the pool, or at the beach.

EDITION has a spa that offers visitors a tranquil retreat with a menu comprising rejuvenating treatments and services, including massages, Ayurvedic treatments, manicures, body scrubs, lap pool sessions and more.
