Pros (+) Cheap price and location.
Cons (-) The floors were incredibly dirty. We went out to buy a mop and floor cleaner as it was also causing the worst smell in the room. Both beds were broken, the frames were not properly installed. Towels & sheets were provided the day after we arrived. Would have been a better stay if it was cleaned before we checked in.

Cons (-) Where do I start? I got there on the later side, around 11:30pm but I had called in advance as instructed by the webpage and let them know I would be late. Got to the hotel and walked around for 5 minutes because I hadn't seen the small un-illuminated plaque that noted where the office was. When I made it inside and checked in, I was informed that I would be staying at their 'brand new' venue 8320...
