Cons (-) they can start by cleaning the rooms.. there was needles for drugs left inside of the room .
Cons (-) The concierge was on the phone when the front desk person was away from the front desk. When I asked if there were any beach towels, she didn't stop her conversation as it looked like I was bothering her and just pointed to the front desk. I had to wait for the front desk person to arrive 5 minutes later for a beach towel.

Pros (+) The location was great. Just one block from ocean drive and about 20 min walk from Lincoln Road. The staff was very friendly especially the doorman. He was very attentive and proactive when he noticed we needed beach towels. We would stay again.
