Pros (+) Unimpressive room and facilities but great location
Pros (+) The staff were very welcoming and helped to make for a comfortable stay. The hotel is not boutique - though offers clean space with a certain charm.
Cons (-) The door to our room was not fire safe. It had significant gaps and would not have provided 10, let alone 30 minute protection. They should open the rooftop deck/terrace to all guests, rather than solely the top suite. They’d make it a better hotel experience for all their guests. If one were inclined for room with private terrace, you would choose a nicer hotel.
Pros (+) Very clean bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet amongst the craziness of South beach, friendly staff. Small room was not an issue as we only used the hotel for getting dressed and sleeping during our 2 night stay.

Pros (+) I love it! It was close to the beach, the rooms were nice and the free breakfast in the morning was great. The staff was pleasant. Oh and they give two comlplimentary drinks which was nice as well. The best hotel on the strip that I've been to
Pros (+) Location of property was on Ocean street which is a prime location in Miami beach. Staff were nice, specially Alayna and Charlee who helped us Move to a larger and ocean view room from improper converted guestroom 106 which was by the lobby and kitchen with a lot of noise.
