Cons (-) The staff - amazing - every single interaction was a delight
Pros (+) The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and took their time to provide information and services. The food at the hotel restaurant was one phenomenally delicious.
Cons (-) The decorative bed pillows were dirty and the maintainence people interrupted our stay at least three different times. Lastly the only elevator was small and extremely slow.

Cons (-) I do wish we could have a waiver for the resort and valet fees. Other hotels (The Tides) were giving what they call a summer Florida resident rate that also provided free valet and no resort fee. Plus, your pool was under construction. Nevertheless, we decided to pay the extra because The Betsy had the appeal we were looking for.
