Pros. The entire experience was great. I even had help with lost merchandise in the room! The front desk employee, Luccia was extremely accommodating, even allowing for me to return after checkout to find my things and it was a success!
Cons. The only thing that could have changed was the breakfast chicken sausage. Considering it’s a pandemic, I am more than understanding of the conditions with staffing and the downsize in people. But everything else was great.
