The hotel offers a Roman-style restaurant serving all meals and dishes such as wood-fired pizza. Guests can also enjoy a poolside bar with cocktails and light meals. However, some guests have mentioned that the food/bar service may have limited hours, so it's advisable to plan dining accordingly.

Guests have consistently praised the spacious and comfortable beds at the hotel, particularly the king-size beds in the Mayfair Suites, which are perfect for families.

The hotel offers valet parking and private parking for guests. However, some guests have mentioned that the price of valet parking may be considered overrated, so it's worth considering this aspect when planning your stay.

The high season at the hotel is in March, offering an ideal time to experience the lively Coconut Grove setting and enjoy the hotel's amenities. However, it's important to note that the hotel may experience increased demand during this period.

Consider booking a room with a balcony facing the lush greenery for a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

If you're sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room away from the street to avoid potential disturbances.

Venture out to nearby boutique shops and restaurants within easy walking distance for a variety of dining experiences.

If you're driving, be aware that valet parking can be expensive, so consider exploring alternative parking options in the area.

Take advantage of the heated rooftop pool with panoramic views, a great spot to relax and cool off.

The hotel may accommodate early check-in requests, so it's worth inquiring if you need to check in before the standard time.

Some guests found the rooms to be on the darker side, so keep this in mind if you prefer well-lit accommodations.

The hotel's grill restaurant offers breakfast until 11 am every day, providing a convenient dining option during your stay.

While many guests had positive interactions with staff, some experienced poor service, so it's helpful to be prepared for varying service levels.

Check with the hotel to ensure there are no events or weddings during your stay, as this could impact the overall experience.
