I requested 3-4 bags of tea and honey to be sent to my room and they never arrived.
Hotel is under renovation and it really shows… it’s old and unpleasant. I would look somewhere else until it’s reopens

Pros. I was very suprised with our stay. I went into this as a vacation made very last minute and saw good reviews but figured it would just be an OK hotel. However it was a really nice place. The staff was very attentive. They book a massage for me. They set up a crib and twin bed for my 2 year old son so he could choose which he wanted. They had smart TVs which allowed us to play netflix and youtube at night. my wife and I especially liked that the hotel had many resteraunts, starbucks, pharmacy and many botique stores attached to the hotel. The pool was nice, but the only drawback is that it is situated in a way that we only got sun in certain parts of the day as the building blocked out the sun before noon. so 12-5pm the sun hit the pool. It was very close to south beath (lincoln rd). We had a car but with all the shuttle services you really could not even bother. They had busses going to many of the attractions you want, and if it wasn't uber would fill in the few gaps. I would 100% go back and do plan on making this a semi-regular vacation favorite. It also helped that there were other familes with kids for my son to play with. He had 5-10 kids to play with in the pool on any given day. ENjoy! and thanks for the memories
