Exceptional value for money, very tranquil location with beautiful views, clean apartments, great pool, lovely views, lots of space, great spa area, great location, really nice quiet and secluded above the golf course, spacious apartment with balcony & great views out to the med, staff were all so friendly and helpful, large apartment, fantastic pool & area, very quiet, the pool & area, the swimming pool was nice, we stayed here for the location & Golf, staff were friendly and helpful, room size was great, reception staff were attentive, overall is a great hotel, apartments are very good, everything, spacious room with a nice kitchen area and two bathrooms, location, tranquility, 2 beds, the view from the balcony was great

The air conditioning was very noisy, no kitchen utensils unless you pay, little bit outdated and not the best location, bed was a little uncomfortable, breakfast could have a bit more choice, parking outside was not the best as one might had to park a couple of minutes walk as was too many cars, the fridge didn’t work and the cleaning could have been a little better, not close to the coast, good though for playing golf, everything was a bit run down, paint chipped, floor needs a polishing machine, kitchen cupboard doors hinges not good, kettle damaged the switch did not stay on, fridge freezer door didn’t stay closed and no door shelves, TV didn’t work, said no aerial connection, first hotel in a long time that hasn’t got USB charging points, basically I felt it was dated and run down, little things would make it better, such as ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean & in good condition, there are enough glasses/cups etc for the apartment size, more information regarding pool/spa towels as there is a charge for these, 1. COCKROACHES & FLIES! When we entered the apartment there was lot of flies flying around that kept landing on us which was very unpleasant. After going out and coming back to the apartment to have some food we opened the bathroom door and there was 6 cockroaches running over the floor, bath towels, floor mat and toilet paper. 2. No access to getting a drink. The vending machine which was apparently "the only option" for hotel guests to getting any kind of soft drink was out of service and we were told it had been for months now. We were offered water from their staff cooler if we had our own bottle to hand, which we didn't. The hotel restaurant was "only open for two families" but we were told we might be able to get some water there when they opened at 9pm which considering we were told this at around 3pm, wasn't good enough! We feel this is not good enough from a 4 star hotel considering the nearest shop is 10+ minutes drive away. We were aware of this but you would be very stuck if you were not. 3. Aircon! The aircon wall control was hanging off the wall, my boyfriend had to mess around with the fuse box to get the aircon working. Worked once we got it started. 4. Lack of security. Our apartment was located by the exit to the hotel. Our bedroom window which was not secure was directly opposite the main door to the entrance block for the apartments, this window was completely see through and not frosted at all so anyone walking down the corridor could see straight through onto the bed. The main door did not shut at all and was accessible to anyone on the street, the problem is it’s very dirty and need to be cleaned up our room all the furniture was stained, the walls was rotten and the kitchen falling apart, hairdryer has exposed wires, room 410, lack of amenities, the rooms, haven't had bed linen changed even after 7 days, no thorough cleaning of kitchen & bathroom areas, no coffee/bar facilities inside or out during day, except for machine, this was 4 star 10 years ago, spa was dated, no means to buy food or water unless restaurant was open for breakfast or dinner other than a vending machine that only took cash which is poor given its location and star rating, apartment was 2 star at best, rest of venue 3 star at best, food was poor, random choices and Luke warm, no bar facility and pathetic shop, overpriced vending machine, building is old and not very clean, even though our room was spacious and comfortable, the balcony was dirty (dust and hair balls), the bathroom was clean but it had mold in the shower and the water temperature was terrible! While you shower it would change from cold to so hot you could burn, on the other hand, the pool is not as clean as it shows on the pictures… The water was cloudy and there was a lot of chlorine, there are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people there, I guess because of the high season, the hotel is quite isolated, for this reason they should really provide more food /coffee options throughout the day. In the pool side bar there was no sparkling wine and only 1 type of beer, they don’t serve food. Also all there were no ice pops ice creams for the 4 days we were there, the fridge was empty, the stair is out of the way, so a lift is needed to go to the pool, the reception , the gym. The restaurant is basic but on the street outside there is an Italian restaurant that serves gorgeous food , they open for lunch and dinner - booking in the summer is essential, maintenance around swimming pool, probably the gym could improve it, we stayed 10 days stay our apartment was NOT cleaned. Clean towels but bedding not changed, sinks, toilets & floor not cleaned at all, also we had 2 x watches stolen from our room & 99% sure the cleaner stole it. So a trip to police station was not appreciated, balcony - mouldy, broken chair, broken rail, plaster falling off the walls, shower - one minute cold, then scorching, location - in the middle of nowhere, with very limited facilities for obtaining food, facilities in hotel - no cafe, bar didn’t open until 7.30 pm, no snacks in pool bar and it only opened after 2 pm, pool beds - first one I sat on fell apart, very tired looking hotel, which needs some work to make it, I would not class it as a four star hotel, 2 star food, no air con, everyone’s doors kept resetting and constantly going to reception for key rest, beds uncomfortable, the bar at the pool is only open from 13:00 to 17:00 , the pool will have a better service with the bar opened for further hours, outdated cable TV, bit dated, they didn’t make beds until we complained, they never cleaned bathroom kitchen or living room, we had dirty towels, you had to get your own sun lounge stuff even though there was staff, the phone didn’t work to reception, the balcony door didn’t open with handle from outside, the couches in hall had rubbish under them for the whole 4 days and the bins in garden were overflowing and the bar by the pool never open, cleanliness not up to standard, poorly maintained and very tired feeling, horrible intermittent sewage smell in the apartment, we had a leak in the bathroom which admittedly was fixed, nice pool but no facilities - the bar was closed, also the wooden surround fencing and flooring broken and old and dangerous, not many facilities nearby and only one restaurant in walking distance

Parking outside was not the best as one might had to park a couple of minutes walk as was too many cars. The car parking costs 11 euros a day and should really be included in the room charge or give the customer the opportunity to book it via booking.com that way it becomes a complete package.
