Pros. The staff was great, service was wonderful. I had to push my stay by one day, and the management answered my frantic phone calls from NY at 4 am Italy time to accommodate me request. Rooms are clean, A/C works well. Plenty of counter space in bathroom, despite the small size of the bathroom itself. And great breakfast. Would stay here again for a night or two stopover on another business trip.
Cons. Room was small and oddly shaped (triangular?) and the bathroom had the smallest shower I've ever stepped foot into, but at least everything was clean! I couldn't open my curtains ever to let in natural light because the view was into some other residences' private courtyard.
