Pros (+) I travel a lot for work and this is the nicest Residence Inn I've ever stayed out. Opened March of 2019 so everything is very new. The free breakfast was good. Loved the shower. Overall great hotel!

Pros (+) Room was well appointed. We were close to downtown
Cons (-) Front desk manager was rude. Breakfast was cold and not tasty. We were on a motorcycle and were told that if we parked in the Marriott lot we might get ticketed (?). And then we weretold there was absolutely no way we could get into our room before 3. Pros (+) Fantastic location downtown Missoula. The property has utilized so many facets of the old Mercantile in the building; it is awesome. Staff is still new, but very accommodating. Rooms are clean and feel fresh. Love the interior design of the halls/ room entries. GO THERE and enjoy!
Cons (-) Staff can get up to date on the way Marriott does business. Also, asked for a late checkout and requested they tell housekeeping. Next morning I had housekeeping asking me when I was planning on checking out. Minor but important that the right hand knows what the left is doing.
