Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, often describing it as central, peaceful, and ideal for exploring Monterosso and Cinque Terre. The service, especially from the host Carola, was consistently highlighted as warm, helpful, and accommodating, with many guests appreciating her recommendations and assistance. Cleanliness and comfort were also noted as strong points, with rooms described as tidy and beds generally comfortable. Many reviews mentioned the quiet, serene atmosphere despite being close to the town center. Some guests noted the challenge of steep steps to the property, but most felt it was worth it for the privacy and views. A few negative remarks were made about WiFi, facilities, and air conditioning, but these were outweighed by the positive feedback.
