Only used as a place to sleep whilst spending time at Disneyland. It was so conveniently placed near the local railway because it was only one stop to Disneyland. There was also a very large, local shopping centre, so we could have spent more time there. Parking was easy too - and safe - because it was underneath the Hotel. Another surprise was that although we were close to the railway line and passing trains we did not suffer any noise! Shower good too.
Unfortunately the room provided no drinks facilities, i.e. no kettle, tea/coffee and milk (plus biscuits), so we had to make do with obtaining hot water downstairs in the morning and using tea bags and coffee we brought with us. TV channels were limited to 90% French programmes, a couple of German channels and just one UK channel - so any plans to watch TV in the evening very restricted.
Standards were high for such a cheap facility to stay at. 3 min train ride fro. Disneyland paris Nd only cost 1.90 euro to get there. Perfectly clean and all dtaff were super friendly
Bathroom bit squished
The location of this hotel and it’s proximity to the RER made it a great cheap alternative to staying in a Disneyland hotel.
The room is incredibly basic and the carpet is possibly the thinnest I’ve ever seen, the pillows had very little filling and there were only 2 plus one extra on the shelf.
well situated towards Disneyland. and to visit other locations. space in the house nice environment. staff tries to find solutions (within boundaries) in the end we had a good holiday... but that had more to do with our mindset than with the location. :-)
swimmingpool was unexpectedly closed (without warning, and without compensation, though they looked for a solution. expensive versus the quality food in restaurant is below standard it is not really a hotel. it is a group of houses that is used by families to spend their summer. that should be more clear on the website. airco in the bedrooms was not working well
I stayed here when visiting Disneyland Paris, the train station Val de Europe was the first stop from the parks and the train station was right outside of the hotel. Really easy and convenient commute to the parks. Whilst staying there, I lost my voice and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make a drink for me to soothe my throat, I really appreciated that extra hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, I slept very well in the bed.
