Pros: This property like all Vacation Clubs has great units. Loved cooking in the kitchen and walking around the property. Near Disneyland is a great perk for families.
Cons: Could use another pool and restaurant service at the pool. Also, there are no shuttles in the middle of the day, but planning ahead helps!

Pros: Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again.
Cons: Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.
Pros: Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent
Cons: Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.
Pros: I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service
Cons: Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.
Pros: Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad.
Cons: No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Pros: Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks
Cons: Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
Pros: small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Pros: very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms
Cons: shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Pros: Very modern and clean.
Good service and in-room amenities.
Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out
Walking distance to the Airport
Cons: price was a little higher
Pros: Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude.
Cons: We didn't stay in paris Long enough.
At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Pros: Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Pros: We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport.
Cons: The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
Situated near the airport, this boutique hotel is within 6 mi (10 km) of Aeroville Shopping Center, Eglise Saint Eloi, and Paris-Nord 2 International Business Park CDG Airport. Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and Paris-Nord 2 Outlet are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: Great location with super close access to trains (RER access directly across street) and shuttle bus service to Disney parks. Rooms are very clean, contemporary, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection is expansive with options for anyone from around the world.
Cons: ,Only negative is wait time and crowded shuttle bus returns at close of day from Disneyland
Ideally located in the heart of Val d'Europe, just a few minutes from the Disney® parks and Chessy Marne-La-Vallée international train station, our hotel provides upscale accommodation in a comfortable, sophisticated setting
Pros: Starting with Check-in we had a wonderful stay! The front desk was friendly and spoke English fluently. We had a Jr. Suite on the 1st floor (the 2nd floor if you're American). We were so impressed with the room! A toilet and shower right when you walk in, with a kitchenette off the side. It had a fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, dish washer, tea kettle, coffee maker and all the untensils, plates, etc. that you'd need. They also had a little welcome tray with two water bottles and some tea and coffee. Past the kitchen was a living room with a pull out sofa couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, TV and closet. There was also a balcony off the sitting room. Past the sitting room was the master suite with sliding pocket doors, and two twin size beds, TV, another closet and then the master bathroom with tub, large sink and toilet.
Everything in the room was clean, and fresh and new. We were completely satisfied.
We also only used the spa facilities once but loved it!
Cons: It was a lot of furniture for a small space, so having more than two bodies might have felt crowded, but it worked perfectly for the two of us.
The Jacuzzi at the spa wasn't very hot.
Pros: Close to Disneyland Paris, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff
Cons: Overall breakfast was just ok.
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland was very good. Shuttles were great, never waited more than 5 minutes, and ride was 4 minutes to front gate
Cons: I have had better breakfast
Cons: Have a problem with this hotel and reservation please call me at 973-301-1420 tx Frank White
Cons: Bad rooms, and discomfort in the room service, the time of entry at four in the evening, too late

Pros: The staff was very freindly and helpfull. I really felt like home. The family runs also a restaurant and the food was real good french countryside food. The room was small but cozy and clean. The bed was excellent. I will definately stay there again.
Pros: The restaurant was superb with a wide choice of reasonablly priced food. Room was immaculately clean.
Cons: The hotels location makes it a great airport - overnighter but is quite far from the centre and transport links more difficult.
Pros: Relaxed nice small hotel with 'personal approach'. Great for flying in and out of Paris without sterile large hotel feeling. Restaurant and breakfast facilities available. A quick phone call to the Manager and he collects guests from the airport.
Cons: All good.
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very modern. Good location near the airport but in the country. Staff helpful. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Evening meal a bit expensive.
Pros: The service from the hotel staff was fantasitc. Even though they did not speak english very well, they made every effort to help us out. The dinner at the restaurant was great quality. Also the owner of the hotel was extremely helpful.
Pros: Staff was excellent: friendly, efficient and helpful
Pros: It was close to the cdg airport in Paris and was our jumping off point for a 9 day excursion by rental car. It gave us a great point to settle in and get organized. We enjoyed the small community feel and felt very welcome. The owner, Jorick was most hospitable and a pleasure to chat with.
Pros: Newly renovated hotel- staff was friendly and the room was beutiful and clean. Located just a few steps from the bus station. Also, the staff member came to pick me up from the airport (for extra 10 euros) as I arrived to cdg late and buses were not going to this location anymore.
Cons: Not necessarily a bad point but there were some issues with hot water. Took awhile for water to cool down. Also, hotel was not as close to the airport as I thought it would be.
Pros: it was in th ecountry side very nice views and its near the airport
Pros: The restaurant, the food are fantastic. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Situated near the airport, this hotel is 5 mi (8 km) from Paris-Le-Bourget and 10.7 mi (17.2 km) from Stade de France. Galeries Lafayette and Parc Asterix are also within 16 mi (25 km).
Cons: hallway were in sad shape , bar and restaurant very poor way overpriced will not go back
With an ideal location just 2 km from Charles de Gaulle Airport, pentahotel Paris CDG really is the perfect base for business meetings and conferences. It's also a great launch pad for exploring the infinite delights of Paris, with the city centre just 24 km away.
Cons: Shower had no pressure and temp fluctuated. Needs to have power outlets near the nightstands.
Pros: Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle.
Cons: Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.

Cons: You must pay to use the computers to get online.
Pros: Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and free to the terminal.
Pros: Convenient close to CDG although you sometime have to wait for the shuttle, which is supposed to come every 20'

Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Location right of terminal 1-3 so no need for hotel shuttle.
Breakfast was included in the room proce and it contained everything from croissants to cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, good coffee and fresh orange juice - all except hot plates. Everything was very fresh amd tasty.
Cons: Hotel is either understaffed or people working there are don't know what they are doing/ bad management...?
Two nights we stayed there downstairs was overloaded with guests waiting to be checked...checking in was taking forever. Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again).
Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking.
Overall very mixed feeling about our stay

Cons: Restaurants in hotel limited in menu and VERY overpriced.
Cons: Floor and room smelt of food 24hrs a day. Breakfast was over priced and not very nice. No fresh fruit. Left a spare room keycard in the room and the cleaner kept taking it.
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpfull.
Cons: The free shuttle is not free its 20 euros per person from airport to hotel..
Just be prepared to eat dinner before turning in for the night. The entire staff speaks many languages so you are well taken care of.
Pros: Rooms were spacious & pretty. We did not use bunkbeds in our unit but the layout was awesome for a group of friends or family. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Disney, which happens to be right on the Metro rail so you can go anywhere in Paris.
Cons: The dining options after 10pm are practically zero. We tried the buffet but for the price decided to hop on the metro during the rest of our stay and buy food from the grocery store. Since there was a refrigerator in our room, it was easier that way.
Pros: the location was great
Cons: the staff seemed overwhelmed at all times and not very helpful
Pros: good location, we had to run after towels, fine breakfast.
Cons: service when needed.

Cons: Absolutely Everything. The shuttle service is ridiculous. The front desk is extremely rude. Food was way overpriced and the room including bed was less than satisfying. Don't waste your money on this place. There are hotels all around the airport
Cons: Airport shuttles were not on schedule both directions. Took 55 minutes for a 1 1/2 mile drop off and 1 hour for pick-up.
Pros: Good Hotel, poor Airport bus system-not the hotels.
Pros: Nice wellness area and spa. Very good restaurant/bar. The food was exceptional.
Cons: Cigarette burns in carpeting
Cons: I had booked a non-smoking room and got a room smelling of smoke. So much so it was impossible to breathe in that room. Eventually after informing the staff (took them a good 1-1.5h) to come to the room and figure out what i was talking about.
Cons: The room smelled like chemicals. I woke up the next day with what I now know are bed bug bites. The bed bugs must have gotten into my luggage as I just found two in my home in the states. Very angry/ frustrated since I only spent one night there.
Pros: Breakfast and service was outstanding
Pros: Their caring attitude.
Pros: I liked the lobby and the restaurant..great food and service
Cons: The room is filthy.. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there bc the couch and floors are terribly stained. I asked to cancel but was not allowed to. Lastly its an hour or so away from main Paris.
Pros: Location. Food. Space in room.
Cons: Slow service (bar/restaurant).
Pros: The spa of course. But it had no jacuzzi, and the waterbike was not only an extra charge, but was closed. So it is the absolute bare minimum as far as a spa goes. Restaurant good but very expensive! 15€ for a burger - come on...
Cons: The shuttle takes FOREVER, and as the speaker system was broken, I didn't know I had to get out at Terminal F to get to Terminal A, thus having to make an entire extra loop, and nearly missed my flight. The driver kindly hailed a bus going back, saved me!

Pros: When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
Pros: Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it.
Cons: The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
Cons: We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Pros: Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Pros: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros: Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there.
Cons: Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Pros: The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport.
Cons: Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Pros: Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate`
Cons: I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Pros: The fact that we only had to stay here one night.

Pros: Rooms were great for kids! And the swimming pool was a hit! Very helpful staff at all times. Would definitely come back.
Cons: Carpets in rooms were unfortunately very sticky and dirty. Breakfast was ok, variety of food could use some improvement. Pool had too much chlorine.

Pros: A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Pros: Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain.
Cons: When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
Pros: When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
Pros: Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2.

Bathroom mildew on tiles
Air freshener too strong
