They gave me a room with the hotel large AC unit right above my ceiling. It was very loud and sounded like someone was running a vacuum in my room all night. I did not sleep at all. I complained to the hotel staff that night but they could only move me to another room in the morning. I am asking for a refund of my first night stay.
Pros. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We travel for RMU sporting events and the hotel is very good for groups of people who want to gather in a central location. I love the fitness center and made to order breakfast is great. Appreciate the free coffee and tea.
Cons. Bar tends to close at 10 pm on weekends which seems a bit early. Service in breakfast area is good but not great (only experience I have is on weekends).
