Pros: Clean rooms, loved the new feel of the rooms. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Hampton Inn & Suites Manchester is a great choice for a stay in Manchester. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or splash around at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with free WiFi and free wired Internet.
Pros: This is a fairly new property so everything is in good condition. The rooms were a traditional layout so very familiar. Bonus amenities included a small refrigerator, TV with built in DVD player and a bedside clock that had a nice power station, 2 USB and 2 outlets. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was the usual but probably closer to fresh made than most.
Cons: While the rod were fresh and clean they were on the smaller size. Business travelers may find the lack of a desk space limiting at least in the 2 bed layout. The indoor pool was a nice bonus but the room was very warm and hard to get comfortable sitting watching kids swim. I might choose a different property if I was staying longer but for a nice reasonably priced place to sleep it really was a good choice.
Pros: Clean, quiet
Cons: Over prices slightly
Pros: Clean room, comfy bed, nice people who work there gave great directions and assisted with anything I needed. Will stay again!

Pros: Staff was very nice, great location to town and anything you needed. Also pretty clean room. Great for price
Cons: Beds very hard, get only 2 pillows and did not have regular shampoo and soap for you. Good thing I always bring my own.
Cons: Very loud room next door was up having a party until 4 am, could hear everything through the walls.
Pros: It was clean and comfortable, compared to other hotels in the area, this is the BEST! Breakfast was fantastic too.
Cons: near a busy road!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was as also. Breakfast had several choices.
Cons: I stayed in a Hilton guarden inn once and your hotel reminded me of it as far as quality but they had a resturaunt/kitchen there that made your breakfast cook to order and had a full bar as well. Maybe something like that would step it up a bit but all in all it was comfortable and we were able to get plenty of rest.
Pros: Everything was great
Pros: The facilities were clean, very well maintained, and the staff was efficient and courteous. Outstanding place to stay.

Pros: More suitable for construction workers than casual travelers
Cons: Isolated, needs maintenance and updates.

Cons: No working ice machines. Name didn't match reservation. Management walking around looking at everything constantly, creepy not safe feeling
Pros: Appears to be recently remodeled.
Cons: Wi-Fi was weak, unusable except in the lobby.
Pros: Nothing. Was unable to stay there as they did not have the accommodations available when we arrived. The one room they did show us which did not fit our reservation was a disaster.
Cons: See above.

Cons: There was trash on the exterior of the building. It does not look like it has been maintained. My room stank and they tried to cover ti up with chemicals. Made me want to choke. The noise at this place was terrible, partly because it is so close to the expressway. Felt like my room was dirty too. Wouldn't even sit on the bedspread. Ran out of breakfast items (including coffee creamer) and did not replace.

Cons: Room was clean but vy much in need of an update. The breakfast, by current standards, was very meager lacking fruit, oatmeal, etc. we went to Starbucks on leaving for better food and coffee.
Pros: Very clean - friendly staff
Cons: continental breakfast sparse
Pros: That I was able to get the AC stared in the room every hour after switching it to heat, raising the temperature and turning it to cool.
Cons: And when we got to room number 125 we found mold across the bottom of the bedskirt and there were stains in the carpet and also the acrid odor of urine heavily laden the air greeting us like an old friend into the room. In the next room we found the decimated remains of which seem to be an entire colony of stinkbugs. Onto room number 3. This room feature spectacular stained pillowcases as well as an air conditioning unit that had to be turned onto heat raise the thermostat and then turn back onto cool every hour and a half. Upon check out and review of my portfolio I saw that I was charged the incorrect amount of $86 for two dogs instead of $45. Interestingly enough the credit card and the billing address on my portfolio didn't match to any credit card number that I possess or any household that I've ever occupied. I was assured that this would be fixed and I'll be calling my credit card up to find out once I arrive at my destination.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.
Cons: Walls had ABSOLUTELY NO insulation. I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me, and above me! I could even hear things going on down the hall from me. I heard every single door slam in that hotel. Sleeping was terrible. The pool wasn't open either. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I will not stay here again. The amount I paid for this hotel was not worth it.

Pros: Close to where we were visiting. We weren't expecting much but pleasantly surprised. The front desk clerk was very friendly. It was clean and beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night and close to several places to eat and shop.
Pros: the comfort of the bed, the television, and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: There was nothing to stop-up the tub to take a bath, but there were enough wash clothes to fill in
Pros: Hotel Employee is a very sweet man.
Pros: I was hesitant when I first pulled up the hotel. But I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I went into the room. The room was very clean, no smell. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Clean room
Cons: Water leak in the toilet. Clean water leak from the tank.
Pros: Had a great night's sleep...and I have slept in many hotels.!
Cons: THE VENDINGAREA WAS NOT WELL STOCKED . HAD STRANGE PEOPLE KNOCKING ON OUR DOOR, WAS AFRAID TO LEAVETHE ROOM. BATHROOMDOOR KNOB WAS FALLING OFF. SMOKE ALARM WAS HELD UP BY A RUBBERBAND. HAD A CONNECTING DOOR THAT WASNT LOCKED.
Pros: It was close to where I needed to be. That was the ONLY thing to like.
Cons: The room had bedbugs. When I approached the manager, nicely and discreetly about the bedbugs and requested another room, the manager became irate, called me a liar, and basically just lost it. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Pros: It served its purpose of being a safe dry roof over our heads during a terrible storm while we had been camping
Cons: The lady who checked us in seemed put out to be doing so. Breakfast was subpar at best being 2 types of (possibly stale) cereal & a couple cheap mini muffin flavors. No one at the front desk to give me a receipt when we left & no response to the bell.
Pros: Hotel employee did everything possible to help with room issues
Cons: Changed to 3 rd room due to problems. Had no option at that time but to stay where I was at
Pros: They never have breakfast
Pros: Nothing in particular.
Cons: 1. Front desk was having problems with the key card machine and took about 5 minutes to create 2 pass keys. 2. Toilet in bath room was loose and wobbled. 3. Got stuck in elevator for about 5 minutes when doors wouldn't open. 4. Breakfast was a joke.
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The gentleman who checked us in was rude. The bathtub did not have an option to take a bath. The tv tilted toward the floor. The complimentary breakfast was pre wrapped muffins and honey buns with a shared but of sunny D.
Pros: Dirty Rooms
Cons: Very dirty rooms
