Pros (+) The staff was excellent at check in/out and along with requests. The facility is clean and inviting for guests which speaks volumes for many and met the requirements for my family.
Cons (-) The A/C unit did its job in keeping the room feel comfortable but really needs some TLC.
Pros (+) This is a fairly new property so everything is in good condition. The rooms were a traditional layout so very familiar. Bonus amenities included a small refrigerator, TV with built in DVD player and a bedside clock that had a nice power station, 2 USB and 2 outlets. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was the usual but probably closer to fresh made than most.
Cons (-) While the rod were fresh and clean they were on the smaller size. Business travelers may find the lack of a desk space limiting at least in the 2 bed layout. The indoor pool was a nice bonus but the room was very warm and hard to get comfortable sitting watching kids swim. I might choose a different property if I was staying longer but for a nice reasonably priced place to sleep it really was a go...
