Decor in room was very cool. We had a first floor room that had a patio open to the 5th hole on the golf course. Unfortunately, due to the lack of staffing - a 2021 problem - had the restaurant closed until the morning of our checkout day. Breakfast that day was very good.

Pros:Taking everything into account, this is a good bargain. Mostly ideal if you're staying in between Zion and Bryce and want to visit both from a central location. This is really the only game in town if you want that kind of setting. The hotel is actually quite acceptable, with an outdoor pool, heated jacuzzi, and sit-down restaurant. Rooms are standard for the 3 star hotel class, with all the amenities a business traveler would expect, but not so overboard to go into the luxury category. The staff really make it run though - with prompt service consistently delivered with a smile.
Cons:Beds are a bit hard. Lack of a wide variety of dining options in surrounding areas. Price is a bit high as well.
