Not too much to like. It's showing it's age and needs much needed maintenance and repair. 3 or 4 years ago when we stayed it was great and new and they didn't charge for parking then. Now they charge $10 per car per night. Absolutely absurd!
This hotel charges $10/night per car to park over night. Residents Inn is not located in the city nor not even close to any town center. The fact they charge for parking in this remote location is absolutely absurd and insulting. I will not be back!
New per night parking charges
The size of the room. Spacious.
Not clean in certain areas. And other areas that looked clean could of been cleaner. Pool is small. Have to pay for parking.
The free breakfast was great, the cleanliness and the staff was very courteous.
Everything was great from start to finish
The room was very nice, clean and stocked. Well laid out. One disappointment was the lack of a USB connection. It seems to be almost standard now but they had none.
Hotel website said pool & hot tub. Pool was very small & filled with splashing children. No hot tub however,it actually tiled over.Very disappointed. The hotel double dipped my credit card. They charged $20 to my card but only showed $10 park fee on receip
They wanted $10.00 for parking.
I have stayed at this hotel several times on business and have found left over items from the staff each time. The first time it was a walkie talkie, this time a cleaning rag on the bathroom sink.
The breakfast, the social gathering in the evening = more food, the full kitchen, washers and dryers were reasonably priced & the windows open for fresh air, YouTube ready TV. The indoor pool wasn't working but we liked the idea that there was one.
There were minor issues with the room (iron leaked water, freezer leaked water in refrigerator, bath tub wouldn't hold water when bathing the kids, no sheets for the pull out bed, housekeeping didn't return as promised the 1st day) but we liked it.
Disappointed with housekeeping. Front desk offered refund after not liking the second room I checked into but never got my refund.
The staff where very helpful the rooms where nice and cozy and clean.
It met our expectations.
The only thing I disliked was a flickering lightbulb in the bath vanity. (I left a message at the front desk to have it replaced.)
Spotlessly clean, well appointed, modern, easy.
Bath & shower water lukewarm all four days regardless of time of day.
