Nicely decorated, plenty of street parking
Room and bedding/linens were not clean upon my arrival. Property is poorly managed. Host only takes care of issues if guests complain. Shared bathroom ran out toilet paper, took several hours until it was replenished.
The price/value ratio is really good, the apartment is clean and tidy. During our stay we barely met the other renters so most of the time it was quiet too. Karl is an awesome host, he answered our questions on WhatsApp and gave us some great tips of what to do. Also he wrote a pretty good guide about the apartment and general tips. Oh and you can find a power plug adapter in the room which can be lifesaver when you realize that the plugs are Type G in Malta.
The neighbourhood is neither too fancy nor interesting but I guess it's not a big deal since you can get to Sliema even on foot in like 10 minutes.
5 minutes walk away from bus stop qroqq where all important buses leave, so you can go all over the island with public transportation
our flatmates were quite noisy during the night and where cooking around midnight talking loudly in the common area.
Fully equipped apartment. Bus stop is 3 minutes walk and has direct connections to Airport, Valleta, Cirekawa (Gozo Ferry) etc. A small grocery store is opposite to the apartment. Had a very pleasant stay over all.
I liked everything.
