The Space: *5th floor Relaxing & comfy place *1 bedroom with 2 queen beds *1 bathroom *small kitchenette equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) *AC *flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room. *Sheets and linens provided. *Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: *The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. *Parking available with parking tags only *No mailbox for this location *Outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub *This is a non-smoking facility. *Washer/Dryer available on ground floor *Gym The Neighborhood: Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores. Getting Around: Car, Taxi, Uber Other Things to Note: Please review my house rules. *This is a non-smoking facility. *pets are not allowed. *Parking is available with parking tag only. Parking tag would wait for you in the apartment. *No mailbox for this location. *Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras. *Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed) *Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit) *Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels) *condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
