We had to park across the street behind water park so basically 2 streets over with young children and luggage. The elevator was broken in parking garage. Cons (-) This place was the worst. Thought I was actually booking our vacation at a decent Resort but this place is just a big oversized rundown horrible Motel. We stayed there 1 week and the maid service did not even change the sheets on the bed one time while we were there. We got clean towels every day that was probably the best thing about the place. Pros (+) Proximity to the beach and food. Staff was so kind and friendly. Outdoor pool was clean but the ambiance was very off putting
Cons (-) The indoor pool was dirty, bandaids everywhere! The room needs major upgrades. We still paid over $160/night for this place and I don’t feel like it was the biggest bang for our buck!

Pros (+) Nothing about the stay. I can say nothing positive about the trip. Everything that could go wrong did. I wish I had gone to a different resort. This experience ruined my entire vacation.
Cons (-) Everything was horrible from the moment of check in. I was overcharged by $160, which for a 2 night stay was only supposed to be $167 originally from booking.com. The total was $384 that I was charged for those 2 nights. After I thought about it, I spoke to the manager who checked me in and he said he didn't know why he charged me that much. The pet fee was understandable but not the other charges...

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. The waterpark was a great addition for the stay. And only $3 per person was fantastic. Great value for the stay!
Cons (-) It looks like they are beginning upgrades to some of the buildings. Make sure you pay the extra money for the oceanview. Some of the buildings are in bad need of a facelift.

Cons (-) That we could not upgrade through kayak or sea mist. The company through kayak told me they could not upgrade the room, that I would have to do it at check in. When we checked in, we were told we could not upgrade with them. We were told that we would have to upgrade through the company that made the reservations since we had booked through them.
