Always quiet, always in the town centre, always with a view of nature and Place Stanislas. Here we offer you Alexandre's Apartment, a charming 35 m² air-conditioned studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with a TV and a queen-size double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: Nearest train station: Nancy train station, 8 minutes away by car (1.7 km) Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport, 2 hours 10 minutes by car (150 km) The property has a private car park, although access may be temporarily restricted during certain local events (e.g. Saint-Nicolas, Le festival du Livre sur la Place, or other events). Access to the car park may be restricted according to the times set by the town. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information prior to your arrival. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
