How close it was to Napoli station.
Not a proper breakfast. Just a few cakes and a coffee machine that didn't work.
It's really close to the main railway station. There is some food provided(basic breakfast), you can cook your own food as well. The place is clean and quite modern, well-organized space. Extra points for the host because he made it possible for my friend to leave something for me in the morning of the check-in day.
Facilities were in bad condition. The toilet seat was missing! Also, the shower was broken - there was no showerhead. There is a coffee machine, but there was only one coffee pod but we didn't manage even to prepare this one coffee as the coffee machine was broken as well. The neighborhood is very ethnical, so it might be a bit uncomfortable for some people. Also, you need to be aware that the host is not living there, we had to call him and he arrived in about 10 minutes.
Close to the train station. Full kitchen with a bunch of appliances. 2 semi-separate rooms with a TV in each.
Super sketchy area. Had loud fireworks twice at the middle of the night. Had to call the host to come let us in and he eventually arrived over half an hour after the previously agreed time. No elevator, luckily it's only the first floor. Thin walls between the 2 rooms, we could even smell our neighbour's weed. Weak and loud aircon. Bunch of stuff in the apartment was broken or in a bad shape, there wasn't even a toilet seat (it was clearly broken off and not replaced.) The host doesn't speak English at all and can't really work around this either.
The host didn't speak English at all and we had issues with the communication & arrangements. The neighborhood that we stayed was not the safest one.
Overall its a small family room but quite comfortable with the aircond especially during our visit it was so hot in Naples. Breakfast is also provided
It was difficult to checkin at first, we tried ringing the door but no answer and had to call the person twice, luckily the taxi driver was kind enough to help us. The location is also not neighbourhood friendly but we stayed for two nights and so far everything was great
