Pros: All the staff were sincerely friendly. The restaurant and bar were very enjoyable. The room was beautiful and comfortable.
Pros: My daughter and family are building a new place on the lake, so this has been a great place to stay until it is completed. Only wish there was an indoor pool!!!
Pros: It's a nice place, and the room was nice too, though only of average size. The bed was quite comfortable and there was a decent sized LCD TV. It would be a great place to visit in the summer. Alas, I was there in the dead of winter.
Cons: The HVAC system was a bit noisy. The satellite TV dropped channels one by one with no way to reset them. Logging into the WiFi was a little fussy. The small refrigerator was a nice touch, but it was inelegantly placed in the bathroom.
Pros: Great location beautiful setting, bed was very comfortable
Cons: Had a even there the food was very over cooked just could of been a bad day.
Cons: The room we got was very expensive and VERY small. No breakfast included.
Pros: We loved our stay. It was beautiful.
Pros: We liked everything about this hotel - the rooms were adorable and clean, the staff very helpful and the scenery gorgeous.
Cons: When we arrived with 2 little ones, we wanted to eat lunch, but the restaurant was closed. Planned to eat dinner there, & they closed the restaurant that evening due to some problem with the kitchen, but they hosted an 80th bd party. Not happy about it!!!

Pros: It is a beautiful Inn located on the lake. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros: The setting is beautiful on Lake Wawasee, and the recent renovations were very well done.
Cons: The only issue was that the heat hadn't yet switched over (beginning of fall), so the staff provided a space heater to warm the room.
Pros: Lovely hotel! Dining was fabulous, which included outdoor seating, view of lake, and live jazz. Fantastic experience! We will definitely be back!
Pros: Absolutely beautiful! Stunning view, very clean, amazing staff. Already planning my return in August. Great location and a lot of activities in the area to enjoy. Also, the hotel owns a boat and gives tours of Lake Wawasee; It's worth the time!
When visiting Syracuse, Oakwood Resort is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with deep-tissue massages, aromatherapy, or mani/pedis, and The Pier, one of 2 restaurants, serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 bars/lounges and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Cons: The lack of eateries and close entertainment.
When visiting Syracuse, Brook Pointe Inn is a great choice to consider. Guests can take a dip in the indoor pool and indulge in Swedish massages. Rooms feature conveniences like kitchens, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: Hilton Corporate was finally able to process my refund.
Cons: The staff was not helpful, rude, and unresponsive. Not to mention just totally incompetent. They dragged me through the mud after double charging me for a room, and wouldn't even engage me to resolve the issue. There are 4 other hotels in a 1/2 mile radius. Go there instead. Trust me.

Cons: There's clearly some pumping up going on of this hotels reputation. It is not a good hotel. It is not well maintained, the rooms smelled musty with cigarette burns on the sink.
Pros: it was easy to find and close to were we needed to be
Cons: There was only one bath towel in the bathroom! The pillows were so flat!!! Wasn't aware that we were on the second floor and my husband is handicapped. Thought there might have been an elevator! Not sure I would stay again.
Pros: Cleaning ladies were very friendly.
Cons: Rooms need updated furniture clipped and broken. Linens were wore out thread bare.
Pros: Easy access
Pros: The room was good sized. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The plunger in the sink was stuck down and wouldn't drain.
Pros: value and price
Pros: overall appearance, price quality of room -- freshly painted, furnishings were nice, microwave and frig, tv, wifi
Cons: heating/cooling system was noisy at times

Cons: Shower curtain bar was loose, no refrigerator in room. Limited seating for breakfast, minimal food selections but adequate for one night.
Pros: Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and location convenient.
Pros: Bed. Very firm. Had adequate outlets to plug in my c-pap machine and electronics chargers. Tv was good but no guide. Not a great selection of channels.
Cons: Even this non smoking room still smelled of old cigarette smoke. AC struggled to cool sufficiently. Very low water pressure at the shower. Toilet not flushing properly. Manager not at desk and bell not working. Had to ask a passing janitor to get the mana

Pros: Large room.
Cons: Used washcloth left in bathroom. Patched holes not painted.
Cons: Understaffed, bathrooms need more cleaning attention. Ice dispenser outside of room made a rather loud sound most of the time. Told management but nothing was done. Asked for clean set of towels but never received. Circuit issues in breakfast area.
Cons: We did not have hot water for showers....they said they get this complaint every day from various groups. The walls were covered in spackle repair spots. The breakfast was not ready at 6 am...
Pros: It had a Comfort Inn sign
Cons: The registration desk was understaffed and lacked training. My room was not clean. There was evidence of the previous still in the toilet. (Yeah, no kidding!) How did this place ever get a 2-1/2 star rating? It's a 1 star.
Pros: Hotel was worth what I paid for
Cons: Housekeeping was quite loud and obnoxious
Pros: The hotel was good clean bug free but basic
Cons: I was double charged by the person behind the counter. it was like he was distracted by something the whole time. I had to fix it before we checked out and was told the charge was took off but it could be a week before I got my money back!
Pros: This hotel was well worth the money! Clean and bug free!
Cons: Only thing that bothered us was house keeping.. they were loud and obnoxious in the hallway and knocking on our door way before check out time

Pros: Staff is super nice
Cons: You faulsfuly advertised they had a pool which was a big part of why we chose this hotel and the pool was not running
Pros: I liked how it was close to stores and restaurants
Cons: It was dirty - we had to change rooms because the first room was not clean. The staff was nice, but I saw one of the front desk members grab bacon with her bare hands from the buffet heater.
Pros: The drive home
Cons: Yes it was dirty and the toilets didn't work, also the shower tub drained so slow
