Location. Service. Friendliness of workers. Comfort of room. Air was soo cold! Perfect.
Everything met expectations. Would have liked breakfast to be included.
The smoke detectors were removed from our room
The beds were very comfy. All the staff that we talked to were very nice and accommodating!
Nothing to report.
They gave me a fresh, warm chocolate-chip cookie upon arrival. The bed was amazing... large and soft and fluffy white pillows and fresh-feeling sheets. There was an outdoor concert festival going on nearby the evening that we were there. It was free and just a couple blocks from the hotel, so we went over and checked it out. OAR was playing. It felt like we were right in the heartbeat of Nashville.
They gave us a room that looked like it used to be part of the indoor pool area. When I pulled our curtain open, it was a sealed-shut sliding glass door with the pool deck on the other. It wasn't a very comfortable view. The people in the indoor pool looked at me funny when I opened my curtain, like I was spying on them. There was no other window and no other way to get natural light in the room than to open up this curtain. People in the pool area could see fully into my room, and I could see them fully. It looked like there were several other rooms with this setup. Maybe they used to be changing rooms attached to the pool area?
I thought the hotel was very modern-looking and even nicer looking than the pictures online! I loved having a Starbucks right in the lobby. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! I really loved this hotel!
