Great location and very comfortable hotel at a better rate than some of the higher priced options.
The floor we were on was very outdated. The hallway smelled musty but the room was fine. The room was clean and comfortable but needed a few repairs (bathroom door handle was broken and one of the curtains was ripped. Valet parking is $55 a night which seemed overpriced but since the room itself was free, we were okay paying that amount. The location is close to all of the Nashville nightlife so there are many places within walking distance. Staff was friendly, you can text the valet before you leave your room so your car is waiting for you by the time you get downstairs. Since we used points for our stay, I was fine with the hotel. I would not have paid a lot of money to stay there, however.
Asked valet about a self park option and the guy was too busy to help. Went to the front desk and the guy was rude. There was a customer in line who told me about the street around the corner where parking was free if I could find a spot. We did and saved 50 bucks! As a Hilton diamond member we did not get treated as such. We should have received a digital room key to avoid the long line to check in it Never got it as requested. Room was okay and location to downtown was great.
Cons. House keeping unreliable. Never replaced towels
