Pros (+) The resort was a time share, which was NOT an issue. They didn’t try to sell me a thing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Cons (-) What I didn’t like had nothing to do with the resort. Apparently while booking this trip through Kayak, it also went through getaroom.com, I was able to get a fantastic rate. Upon showing up at the resort, they had no record of my visit. I spent over an hour on hold with the people at getaroom.com while they tried to figure it out.
