Pros. It was clean but basic
Pros. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had laminate flooring. It's very close to the airport.
Cons. The lobby smelled like smoke and it's a "smoke-free" hotel. The shuttle didn't start early enough for us.
Pros. I really enjoyed the fact that I called before we came to make sure of check in time since we would be arriving early and the young lady at the front desk was extremely polite and professional and provided the information I needed before I arrived. We enjoyed the fact that were many places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean, down to the floors, bathroom counter tops, bathroom, just overall. The linens and both beds were comfortable and the overall size of the room was perfect for a quick stay.
Cons. When we arrived at the airport and called to the hotel to send their shuttle, they mentioned that they did not have a driver at that moment. Instead, the front desk offered to cover our taxi expenses, which I thought was fair, as long as we provided a receipt. Also at the time we needed to get to the airport for an early flight, they did not have a driver in the time we needed, so we used an Uber. There was hints of smoke smell upon entering our room. But I assumed since the doors to the rooms are close to each other and that there could've been a possibility of someone smoking right outside the door or even in the parking lot downstairs. We were only in the room at time of check in and overnight stay, which the smell did not linger so it was not of a major concern.
Pros. Close to the airport, free shuttle most hours
Cons. No laundry facilities and no laundry service so I had no celan clothes to fly home. Shuttle didn't run until 6:00 a.m. so I had to take a taxi
Pros. It was close to center city Nashville and there were many places to eat and go around it. Employees were pretty nice.
Cons. The room smelled a little like smoke, even though it is a smoke free room. The maid never cleaned our room, she just gave us one towel and left.
Pros. Very clean rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle from the airport was fast and efficient and the one to downtown Nashville was also convenient. Great for the $ spent.
