Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near downtown, the airport, and local attractions, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, carpets, and bathrooms. The breakfast offering is also a common point of dissatisfaction, with guests wishing for more variety and better quality. Overall, while the location and service are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast would enhance the guest experience.AI-Generated from customer reviews
