Pros: great breakfast
Cons: Lighting is very poor
7.0 Good
Pros: It’s a beautiful manor house in lovely grounds.
Cons: For a luxury inn, I expected more from our room. The big house itself is beautiful and well maintained but we stayed in a room further away and it was dated, the bathroom was old and the shower like a cupboard. The mattress was very uncomfortable and gave us backache. The breakfast was only ok, the staff were not the friendliest. We’ve stayed at many lovely properties on our 3 week trip of the US south and this one said it was luxury, and it was the price of a luxury property but I don’t feel the room we were in was luxury. If you are promoting yourselves as such, ALL the rooms should be of the same standard. We were disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was private and quiet.
Cons: That someone was not on duty during the night if we needed something.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome very historic site. Beautiful place awesome restaurant on site for upscale dinner and very awesome full breakfast with room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved staying at Clermont Bluffs(despite the chilly weather!) Troy was a great host and made us instantly feel at home. The house is beautiful and breakfast was wonderful. We would come back and stay with no hesitation...thank you Troy and hope to see you again(and the dogs!:))
Cons: Nothing at all!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were situated in one of the little cottages just off the carport. It was well appointed with fridge, coffee maker (Kurig), couch and TV with Netflix. Location right on the Mississippi river was nice, a few steps outside to the gazebo with awesome views down the 'bluff'. We were cooked a beautiful breakfast in the morning, shared in the house (also very beautiful and historical).
Cons: It wasn't overly clear from booking that the cottage was more like a converted garage. While it was fine and perfectly suitable, it wasn't what I expected. Rooms need mirrors outside the bathroom. It's so hard to get ready without a mirror while my partner is showering! We had to drive to get anywhere in town, so be aware of this (it isn't really walk able - very dark and quiet at night).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Troy, the innkeeper, was just great; welcoming and knowledgeable, he gave us his insights on cool things to see and do in charming Natchez. The hospitality was stellar and we so enjoyed our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property is located in a lovely setting overlooking both the river and a cemetery and is very quiet.
Cons: The rooms were a bit dark as we couldn’t open the window coverings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house, we only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Troy was a great host giving us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing - it was a real privilege to say here. Breakfast was excellent and Troy made me the best cup of tea I had in America! Natchez was a lovely little town with some beautiful homes and architecture.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Across street from cemetery. Beautiful view of Mississippi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Much better than a hotel Troy was a great host. Also a great cook. Thanks for the extra breakfast when you were feeling sick! Hope you’re feeling better soon. We will be back!
Cons: Nothing. It was wonderful. Had a nice week end celebrating our 30th anniversary !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation and hospitality was fantastic. Troy provided us with plenty of options for things to do, places to eat etc. Breakfast was great. We were also lucky in scoring a free upgrade :)

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The facilities were very nice and you could tell they were well maintained. The location could not have been better for those who like the river view, downtown and restaurants.
Cons: After driving all day we were told at the front desk we had no reservation. The initial desk clerk we talked with seemed unconcerned and was a bit on the rude side. There had been some sort of communication error between our booking site and the hotel which caused the confusion. The manager was able to correct the situation eventually, however it tarnished our first impression of the hotel. The manager was very pleasant and ended up finding us a room in the hotel all three nights of our stay in Natchez.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Booked on kayak.com. Upon checking in they charged me an additional $10 mandatory fee for WiFi and gym access. This seemed like a very sneaky way to make their rates cheaper online. I wasn’t happy with this mandatory charge that wasn’t part of the origional booking.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice in every way
Cons: I realize the girl at the desk probably didn’t want to be working during this virus crisis. She wasn’t very friendly. When we asked about a favorite local restaurant that may do takeout. She just said, I don’t know other than fast food. We were hoping she would recommend a few local favorites for us to check. We frequently pick hotels that provide breakfast. We were disappointed that this hotel had stopped breakfast all together. That girl said they offer a grab-n-go type breakfast, but when we left the next am, no one offered anything. We spent the next night at another hotel chain, which provided a full breakfast. Those ladies filled our plates w whatever we wanted and then we took them to our room. They show real hospitality.

Pros: Price
Cons: Despite the Expedia booking noting that a trundle is available as an extra in the twin queen room, this is in fact not true. We booked the room for 3 adults hoping to have 2 beds and a trundle as mentioned on the listing but were told on arrival that this isn't possible.
