The hotel had a superior pictures of the interior bat it's not so nice actually, the classical interior details looks quite fake actually & cheap. I'm was chagrined. The price didn't mach to the service & interior.

Location, location, location! I would definitely recommend this! Bare in mind it is 3-star hotel, but your satisfaction will kick to all 5 if you are in the right mood. Enjoy!

The hotel is really lovely! I liked most of all the hotel's location nearby the Old Centre and market where I could buy "village" national food and its low price per night. Breakfast was rich and quite enough to "fill in" oneself in the morning before the whole day of city exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. Since I'm from Moscow, Russia, I appreciated it that all staff spoke Russian without any problem and did not treat the Russian visitors as their old enemies. The room was clean and cosy, all furniture was new and in a perfect condition. All facilities were in order and worked fine.

Just one thing could be improved about this lovely hotel: heating system in the bedroom. While in the bathroom heater worked well, I can't say the same about my bedroom. In spite of the fact that I turned the temperature level switch to 5 - its maximum position - it was still a little bit cold in the room all night. It is not a problem for those travelling in summer time, but since I was there in the middle of November, I would have appreciated the higher temperature in my bedroom. Apart from that, I've nothing to complain about!

the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. The room was spacious and comfortable

we got a smoking room (there doesnt seem to be a choice in that respect ie all rooms are for smokers). Also, there was a little plumbing problem resulting in unpleasant smell.

My 3 visit , and i will definately come back. Always meets and often exceed expectations.

Clean, comfortable and small hotel with a certain amount of class, usually associated with the classic properties in Austria or Great Britain. Good bar with a decent selection and quiet service.

Falls a bit short of being a great property: Staff congregates in public areas for private conversations, service a bit amateurish, breakfast selection quite limited.

I had to move to Aušros vartui from Sodu 4. The street noise (train and havy cars) was really terrible (because I can`t sleep without fresh air).

Location. I have been in Vilnius several times, but location of this hotel gave me opportunity to walk on the streets of beautiful old town at night time.

New, very clean, excellent staff service, quiet. We had a very good night's rest. They even have a kids playground. Which is nice if travelling with young kids. Though the hotel is at the highway, we were given a backyard room and we did not hear cars. It was quiet and peaceful. The rates are great - 50 euros for the night close to the airport is an excellent price. Will definitely stay there again.

I booked the hotel because it advertised it had a free shuttle to the airport. It occurred that shuttle was not available early in the morning (at 4:45am) and the staff arranged the taxi, for which I had to pay 6 euros (about 8 dollars). As the hotel is in close proximity to the airport, the cheaper taxi company would have cost 2 euros instead of 6. It is not a big deal, but it would have been nice if the hotel that advertises free shuttle could provide free taxi to the airport in the off hours, or indicate the shuttle is available only during business hours.

we paid extra to have a superior room, but we ended up in a room on the 3th floor with one small window, without any view...according to the hotel our room was a superior room, but it was impossible to change the room

A cosy hotel on a small street just outside the city center with spacious rooms and a nice breakfast. It was great to get a personally cooked breakfast: pancakes or eggs, lots of variants. It is also close to the railroad station, about 10 minutes walk - very convenient if you plan to travel around Vilnius.

On the weekend it can get a bit noisy at night, but only for a short time, when a nearby nightclub closes. On other occasions it can't be heard. The second thing is that the double bed wasn't really a double, but two single beds moved together.

It was very cold in the room during the stay all day and night. The beakfast: was very simple ( in compare with usually 4 stars hotels)

After endless stays at chain hotels around the world, it was a real pleasure to stay in a unique and historic location

Bed was a little uncomfortable

In the second time reserved the same number, however on arrival other number has been offered, it is less and worse. Room reserved by me has appeared expensively. Heating works badly.
