There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!
The new Finnair business class is superb! The design is wonderfully innovative and ridiculously comfortable. There is more seat space to lounge and sleep than the usual business class seat. The staff were amazingly attentive and the food was great (hard to say about most airline food!). There was limited toiletries (most of which I don’t use anyway) and no pyjamas for this flight. Everything else was next level. A fabulous experience!
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!
LOT airlines wasn't the best. They had trouble with boarding and they didn't have my information on file the right way. They change last minute details without us knowing and everything was a HOT MESS. Lot airlines also lost my baggae which was the carseat and haven't responded to any of my emails.
The worst experience ever! They never told me I had to transfer my ticket at the ticket transfer counter. They moved me to a flight leaving the next day, which was also heavily delayed. The staff at the airport were rude and not helpfull. I'll never travel with this airline again and will not recommend it
Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)
My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.
Lot still has not refunded me after they cancelled my flight to India!! Kayak had been awful at getting me this refund too. Will NEVER be using kayak or LOT again.
Tv screen not working. Food in business class was cold & not available
Departure more than an hour later. Conexion/waiting time at the airport was more than 7 hours :(
3 hour delay on run way, not even a drink offered, staff seemed rude and rushed, felt unwell so asked twice for paracetamol and was told to wait, never got it
Flight was scheduled to leave at 6:25am. Went to bed at 9pm to get enough sleep. Flight cancelled at 1am that morning. Only flights available either landed at 8:30pm (9 hours later and 3 hours after the event I was trying to attend) or in a completely different state. Way to screw up my weekend, American.

I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.
Flights were on time. That's the main consideration since I had to change planes. The entertainment was whatever you bring with you and the food (in Economy) is non-existant. Neither of those was a surprise.
also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
Mobility assistance at DFW is A JOKE!!! Totally disorganized, ineffective and annoying. Ended up having to walk and find our own way for a good part of the very, very long walk between gates. Worst assistance I have ever experienced.

The employees were very nice. I liked my bulkhead seat. The flight was delayed unfortunately. It was a smooth ride. I was prepared for a cold plane with extra clothing. I assume there is no way to make it warmer.
Dislikes: lack of communication when bidding for Business Class upgrade, lack of clean up after service, no vegetarian options. Likes: plane was newer and arrived on time.
I was never made aware I had to request a vegetarian option for my meals! And the flight attendant said I would have to pay for pasta. I was stuck with no dinner. Also, the seat in front of me leaned all the way back, and I couldn’t get comfortable!
Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight
Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed
Food is pathetic, and the crew is rude. Not friendly like all other airline carriers.
Everything went very smoothly. My only complaint is how cramped the seats are for an international flight.
On this shorter leg and with an older plane, just mediocre. On the connecting long haul (Chicago to Copenhagen) everything was great.
great.....plane was comfortable....crew thoughtful though a bit impersonal. Full plane might have accounted for that. I left my favorite scarf on plane when landing in SFO Thursday, 3:00 pm. wish I had a way to get it back. Otherwise....flight from Copenhagen was smooth, flight to Copenhagen was on older plane and not as comfortable.
I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad

Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service
Email noting gate change was good. Very bad: credit card machine broke down to charge for a checked bag. Lady at the counter read my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to a woman in Germany. Very insecure!!
Well,I miss a flight to Stl with United,they send me to Stl with a different airline, but same day,which was great

Solid old-school airline, comfortable, efficient and pleasant. It's the small things like nice blankets, good legroom and complementary mixed drinks, even in economy class. Can recommend!
I am deeply disappointed with Lufthansa’s treatment of my elderly parents during their recent flight. They were supposed to receive assistance with wheelchair service, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the airport, my parents were left stranded and confused, with no staff available to guide them. Despite being promised help, they were ignored by the ground staff, who were not only indifferent but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, some of the employees made racist comments, which is absolutely unacceptable especially for passengers with special needs. We will never fly Lufthansa again and urge others to reconsider if they need assistance. My parents were left to navigate a busy airport on their own, which is both dangerous and stressful for elderly passengers with limited mobility. This level of neglect is inexcusable, especially from an airline that claims to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.
