Pros (+) Frnt desk person was kind but was overwhelmed. Building has,serious issues, plumbing as well as structure. Stairs are destroyed building needs serious repairs. No organization..

Pros (+) It was close to where we wanted to go. We were left alone. People were friendly. No pool.
Cons (-) It was dingy, peeling paint run-down; I requested a fridge and microwave and never got them, so lost food for special diet to spoilage. Conditions were not as advertised. i am sure the sheets were used by previous guests and not freshly laundered. I had brought my own.
